Hawn Heating & Air Conditioning is a fantastic company. One we've used for years and they continue to provide great service and thorough explanations of work done.

I had a horrible experience. I called for a check on the heating system and he said the outside valve needed to be replaced. Instead of being knowledgeable enough to know that there's a cooling valve somewhere in the basement and that it was off, he insisted that the valve needed to be replaced at an expence of $800 or more. In addition to that he turned my hot water tank off saying it was illegally installed although I didn't call for that. I came home turned the valve on in the basement and the heat is working fine and so is the outside valve. Now I have to call someone else to make sure the hot water tank is on.

Couldn't be more happy with the service. My tech was informative and explained the issue, repaired my AC unit, was on time and thorough. As a recent widow these things are very overwhelming to me as my husband always handled these problems. So I was truly thankful for the professionalism and service.

Hawn installed a full heating and cooling system into my new house. They were here when they said, finished the job on time, left no mess behind and the price was reasonable. I have no complaints and would recommend them to anyone looking to install a system.

Installed gas water heater. Called at c.8am. Told service advisor (Kim) that this was an emergency, because we had been without water for 48 hrs. She went the extra mile to get us scheduled for later that morning! Technicians we're on time, and did installation timely and professionally. Recommend Hawn, without reservations!

Awesome! Woke up with no heat and it's 8 degrees outside. Called Hawn heating, they were able to come out same day because they just got a cancellation. Techs came on time and were very professional. They diagnosed the issue and fixed it. I asked them to do a check up on it since they were there and they did. The bill was exactly what I expected. I will use them again and I recommend them.

Nick from Hawn was excellent! He correctly diagnosed the problem with my heater and explained everything to me clearly. He ordered the part and returned the next day for installation. Afterwards he made sure everything was in working order . He was on time and professional. Easy to work with.

Was charged $1400 for labor and parts for a part number that I found for $515 (new, lowest seller) and an average of about $700 (new). Labor on Hawn's behalf may have been 2 hours, generously. If you work for Hawn, and don't make somewhere in the $200/hr range, you may be underpaid relative to their charges. Never doing business with Hawn again.
