Technician was prompt, courteous and well trained. He performed the required service quickly and professionally without extra salesmanship. Will continue to use this business for all my HVAC needs.

Problem was diagnosed and fixed quickly, tech gave good advice for the future. However, the part that failed was a $6 plastic valve, and because tech didn't have the part, he replaced the entire condensate pump, which cost me $305. Hawn is a good company, we've had great service from them over the years, but this was a serious failure. They should have this part in stock, or be able to get it quickly so I didn't have to pay $300 extra.

Technician was timely and thorough in inspection of my HVAC unit. Answered all my questions, and advised on future installation of possible wall mounted ductless unit vs gas insert.

My gas furnace unexpectedly stopped working in the beginning of winter, and I tried calling several other local companies to diagnose and repair it. No one was able to come for at least 5 days, some not for over a week, but I called Hawn and they came and repaired my furnace the next day before my wife and kids came home from school. Extremely pleased with the entire process and I will absolutely be using them again in the future.

Hawn Heating and Air Conditioning installed my propane heating system when I switched from oil heating. They installed a great system at a very good price. When my hot water heater broke they came and replaced it within a couple of days. They are very knowledgeable and professional with their services. I would highly recommend them.They have fantastic technicians and a good maintenance plan.

Hawn was called to verify cleaning service repair that required additional attention after review from a home inspector. Kim was very helpful regarding setting up a new appointment in a timely manner.The second technician was prompt, friendly and listened carefully to the inspectors recommendations. He completed the 3 items that needed to be resolved with skill and attention to detail.

...I have used Hawn for several years now. Everyone I've encountered at Hawn is extremely professional and courteous from the dispatcher and technicians, to Mr. Hawn himself. I've had a few different technicians come to my home to work on both my furnace and my AC. The technicians are very knowledgeable. They helped me to understand the problem that is occurring and made suggestions on how to resolve it in the best way for me. This consultative approach to service work is hard to come by.

P.S. Get on their service plan! This will extend the life of your appliances, and save you tons of money in the long run.

Hawn’s office staff and technician were very responsive and able to get to us very quickly. Within an hour we had someone here and our heat was working again! Professional and courteous, we are extremely satisfied and will continue to give them our business!
