High Performance Heating and Cooling

I have an older oil furnace which stopped working at 7:30 pm. My regular company refused to make an emergency call, leaving me with a 50 degree house for 14 hours. Very few heating companies service oil furnaces , so I was very happy to learn that High Performance Heating does. I first spoke with Matt on the phone and he was very friendly and helpful. Joe the technician arrived on time in the morning, was very friendly, professional, respectful, knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem very quickly. He went to get the part in Rochester, came all the way back and efficiently made the repair. Price was very good and affordable. I'll definitely call High Performance for future service and would highly recommend to others.

High Performance replaced our old attic unit with a new and much more efficient unit. Joe sold us a York system that is much better than our old under powered system.
Jake and Gary worked a long day to finish our install. They were extremely nice and cleaned up all the work areas completely. Joe came back the next day to finish up a couple small items and explain the system and answer any questions we had.
The install went perfect with ZERO problems and they listened to our needs. I will recommend High Performance to my family and friends.

Excellent professional work & service! Our general contractor Doug H recommended High Performance H&C to help remodel a luxury apartment in our historic 1906 Claude Bragdon home. Joe Z estimated & worked on multiple jobs here including not water radiant bathroom floor heat, two mini split AC units connected to one outside condenser, and removing then replacing an original upright radiator after we sandblast & paint. Joe, along with Gary, Joe, Phil? & Matt, and the office crew, really coordinated as a team thoughtfully working through old-house issues and our questions/concerns to successfully complete these jobs to our satisfaction. One of many examples: on a visit to remove the upright radiator, one/both of the Joe's checked our wall AC units and noticed the filters filled with debris from construction that likely saved us from a future service call and possibly damaging the AC. Our furnace & hot water heater both quit right around Christmas. We received an estimate for replacement of both appliances and had them installed two days later. We are grateful for the responsiveness of your company and are very happy with the results. We are looking forward to the energy savings we expect with our new high efficiency furnace and tankless hot water heater.

This was our first experience with High Performance and it was wonderful! We scheduled a regular maintenance appointment but also had questions regarding our thermostat. Joe M was knowledgeable, courteous, and very trustworthy! He not only took his time to examine everything but also informed me what he was looking at and for. At the end of the day, I get the impression this company is about consulting with their clients to make sure they are going through the proper steps and maintenance.

I was referred to High Performance Heating for my furnace, hot water tank and duct cleaning. I was greeted over the phone with a friendly voice who scheduled an appointment. Joe and Nick came to talk with me to discuss my concerns and to inspect my furnace. Joe advised me of my deteriorating hot water tank which was way over it’s life expectancy. He was informative and very knowledgeable. I was scheduled for duct cleaning and a new hot water tank. John and Gary were on time, professional, courteous and extremely hard workers . After many hours of hard work Gary went over pictures of before and after my duct cleaning and boy was I impressed. After the work was done Gary advises me there was a very large dust ball behind my couch. Tyler, without hesitation moved my couch and vacuumed for me then moved my couch back. Tyler then programmed my nest thermostat for me. I am more than impressed. They have a customer for life.

Joe M, Joe Z, and Tyler came to the rescue again. Last night, we had a 40 gallon hot water tank start leaking all over the basement. High Performance sent these guys over the next day and they had it fixed within a few hours. I have a Platinum Membership with them so I got a little discount on the service too. Then Joe M stayed and cleaned my air conditioning and furnace systems. This isn't the first time this team has helped me out either. Joe Z came out before to help replace some furnace parts a while back and worked with me on price. They are professional, fast, affordable, high quality... high performance all around!

High performance was here in hours to restore our heat. Dying. They got it fixed promptly and found the reason to be an issue with the heat unit someone else installed 2 years ago. Their
Technicians explained the problem. They spent a whole day working on it and calling in representatives from the heat unit. Joe and Joe were very well informed and were very professional. Lucky for us we had bought their warranty package when they cleaned the furnace in October.
Joe came back when the representative arrived. They worked together to solve all our heat and water issues.
We are very pleased with High performance and would recommend them to anyone. And have !!

I have to be honest last year I wasn’t completely happy and satisfied with the service I received from on of their techs who is not surprisingly no longer with them. So I gave them another try this year I spoke with the owner he sent out another tech Tyler who was absolutely professional knowledgeable and got the issue resolved the first time and saved me a ton of money. I would strongly recommend them to everyone and after hearing Tyler explain what happened last year they have gotten my trust 100%. Thank you again for a job well done. On time accurate with estimate and work was done in a timely manner.
