High Performance Heating and Cooling

Just had the pleasure of having a high efficiency heating installed in our house. The work was done in one day and Matt and his men did a great job and left the house in perfect order. I am now looking forward to a much lower heating bill and unlimited hot water. You call the company and they answer all your questions thoroughly. We had the job financed but the savings from the system should cover the monthly bill .!

And a special thanks to Joe for his initial assessment of our old system and his timely follow-ups after the job was done to ensure everything was running smoothly. High Performance was a great company to work with. It was easy to set up an appointment, they arrived promptly, and were very knowledgeable. They took the time to answer questions and to demonstrate how to use the furnace and thermostat. The men installing the furnace were neat and efficient. I received a follow up call after the install to make sure everything was ok. I would recommend them highly.

Thank you to the staff and the installation crew for the very pleasant experience with High Performance. We needed a complete new heat pump system to replace our old and broken system. My plumber who initially installed the system 4 years ago left me in a lurch and would not be available for several days. So much for these plumbing guys when you need them the most at the worse possible time. My tankless heater had been down for 5 days. First time that it has ever gone down. At first, I had absolutely no idea who to call after Navien provided me names of their authorized repairers.

It was one of the reviews that I had read that effectively sealed my decision to go with High Performance than the other service provider. So I called early Friday afternoon and was told 3 to 6pm window of time. Said fine, no problem after realizing the weekend would be a challenge get someone else to come. Joe M came about 3:45pm, diagnosed the problem and came up with an action plan including coming back the next day with parts. Parts weren't available on first pass but upon further looking, they were. Joe came back the very next day. Cleaned out the unit, replaced two problematic parts and discovered third one was shot which I authorized to have replace. Wasn't a cheap bill. Nonetheless, the job was very thorough and well done. Very satisfied with Joe M's work! Will sure use him again next the unit goes down (hopefully it doesn't but that would be wishful thinking).

Did a little shopping around and wasn't happy with my first quote. I came across High Performance heating and air. These guys are awesome! Very fair on pricing, half as much as my first quote with a different company! Joe Marrocco is awesome, very personable and professional! Thanks again Joe! If we ever need help again I will 100% call you guys again!

We had our yearly furnace cleaning this morning and had the pleasure of meeting Tyler. He was very personable and professional. Since our furnace installation 2 years ago, everyone that I have met at High Performance has been wonderful!!!! Thank you!!

I tried the other big name Rochester HVAC companies for service, repairs and estimates. My house had a unique heating situation, and I never felt like I was a priority or that my concerns were being taken seriously.
Last summer, when our A/C stopped working, I came across High Performance. I found it super easy to schedule the appointment. They helped keep our failing unit working for a final season.
Satisfied with the outcome, a few months later, I turned to High Performance again with concerns about my furnace. Joe Z was super willing to take the time to answer my questions. He was able to provide solutions the other companies kept missing. Due to poor installation and design, the furnace never heated the house properly. Joe helped me recognize that I would be wasting money trying to keep it going with additional repairs.
The owner Matt actually met with me to go over the estimate and give me options. After seeing how poorly the old unit was installed, I wanted to be sure that wouldn't happen again. I looked at pictures of the work done by High Performance on their website. I could see that they knew what they were doing and took pride in their work. I had High Performance install a new York furnace, a York A/C unit, duct work with zoning, and a new gas line. I was satisfied with the entire process. The work turned out amazing and the systems work great! I am very happy that I found this company.
This past week we had some additional work done, too. A new hot water heater, ventilation device, and miscellaneous plumbing. I highly recommend using High Performance HVAC, and I look forward to working with them in the future!

Gary and Tyler did such a fantastic job today! I’m so impressed with how hard they worked and how professional they were. There was a lot of work needed and they took care of everything I had hoped for. They also offered suggestions on what else I might need in the future.
