Anthony first came to my home, very professional and had a sense of humor! He was HONEST and explained everything and gave me options unlike others that lied, over priced and didnt even bother to call back, so I went with Scaran. Today the electrician and AC/Heat team came and worked very hard, did a great job and were very professional and nice and explained everything. The electrician also noticed some electrical problems that he pointed out and fixed out of safety concern, he was Anthony from Plaza Electrical and did not overcharge. Thank you Scaran for the great team and professionalism!

Scaran is amazing. From the very beginning of the scheduling process for my estimate with Donna, Janet, and Fran, the whole experience was seamless. Rob came to the house (masked and very conscious of social distancing), he evaluated my system and gave me a choice of four-different price-points, all with top quality equipment and excellent pricing. On the day of installation, Carlos, Joe, and Matt arrived promptly. They went to work quickly and were extremely meticulous in their attention to detail and also were very courteous and super neat in their clean-up. I highly recommend this top-notch business for all of your heating, cooling, plumbing, and energy needs! I've been using Scaran for over 10 years and their level of service and quality just keeps getting better!

The technician, BRANDON G. was amazing! Polite, pleasant, extremely professional. He worked neatly and efficiently. He explained everything he did thoroughly and even went so far as to label shut off values/pipes for me. It was my best experience in all the years I've been using Scaran.

Everything about the work and the people involved was the best. From Anthony(salesman) to Sammy, Carlos, Ray, Vinny, Matt and Giamini(the technicians) and to the guys from Plaza Electric. Could not have asked for better service. 2 furnaces and 2 air conditioners plus duct work all done the same day.

We had a new furnace installed last year by Scaran and had it cleaned yesterday. Brandon G. was the technician sent for the cleaning, he was very polite, professional and through. He also took the time to listen and answer any questions my husband had. I wanted to say how happy we are with the unit and the professional manner that Scaran has shown since the install. We would definitely recommend Scaran and Brandon to anyone looking to have a new furnace installed or maintained.

I needed service for my furnace and they sent a technician named Mike O from Scaran . He was very professional got right to the source of the issue that I was having with my furnace. He placed an order in for a replacement part and provided more info on the furnace we had. I was very pleased with his service

Needed new furnace after Ida, bought from Costco and they were the contractor that did the work. Would definitely use them again! Work was done as promised, Anthony worked with us to make sure everything went smoothly!

Brandon G. & Louis from Scaran did a great job with the annual maintenance on my boiler. They both were very courteous, professional and thorough in their work.
