Recently had our Spring Checkup and both Steve T and John B were very knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. They had to troubleshoot one of those infamous “intermittent noises” and were able to both figure out what was causing it and resolve the issue - and save me some money in the process. Best of both worlds. Highly recommend Scaran for these types of service. And if you can ask for these two fellas you’ll be in good shape!

I have been a Scaran customer for many years. initially for air conditioning and subsequently for oil delivery and service. Their quality and service is second to none. Service technicians are knowledgeable and are intent on getting the problem corrected. When asked for a referral, I never hesitate to strongly recommend Scaran.

We had Scaran come in and clean our vents today. Brandon G was outstanding! He explained everything he did, gave me a full report of the status of my equipment, and was polite, timely, and professional. I was very pleased with the services and would definitely use them again! Thank you!

I contacted Scaran to come and evaluate a problem I had with my HVAC system. I just moved in to the property. When the technician arrived he told me he recognized the address and already knew the problem I was having was something they attempted to fix in the past with the previous owner and they would not be able to help me. He spent about 10 minutes explaining to me what they thought was possibly wrong and left.

Scaran still sent me a 200 bill for the visit. When I contacted them through phone they informed me that I still had to pay for the visit because they don't make visits for free. I think this is unfair because if they already knew it was a problem they couldn't fix then why not tell me over the phone instead of coming here? The technician clearly said he recognized the address and knew it wasn't a problem they could address.

Brandon was punctual, polite and very professional. He did a thorough checkup on my heating system and left a detailed record of the work performed. Brandon has serviced my system several times and I am always impressed by the quality of his work and his cheerful attitude. He is a valuable asset to Scaran.

Had a scheduled maintenance appointment today. As always was pleased with the service and professionalism. Technicians Brandon and Louis worked fantasticly together. Scaran always will be a company I use and recommend.

Today we had our yearly service contract health check and Brandon was our technician. He was knowledgeable, informative and answered all our questions. He was on time and did a very thorough maintenance inspection of our Air conditioning system.

Scaran was very helpful this week when our boiler went out. This has been the coldest week of the year and they were able to respond quickly and fix the problem. Our tech Mike O. was very friendly and knowledgeable, he worked quick to get the parts we needed and explained everything along the way.

We had our winter/heating tune-up yesterday, which is part of our annual contract. The technician for this visit was Brandon G. The service was performed efficiently and the work performed clearly explained. Additional enhancements were informational notices on the devices to explain their function should the need arise.

Coupled with this service is the interaction with the office support team, Lisa and others to accomplish the work.
