After receiving a pre-arrival call Brandon G. arrived bright and early (personable, respectful, mask on, informed us he was vaccinated) and completed a thorough maintenance of our air conditioner/condenser unit. He remembered previously servicing our hvac system. Worked from arrival to completion and was done quickly. He answered a few of my questions about other services so he knows his company and what they offer. He represents Scaran well - an asset to the company.

I had my air conditioner serviced on June 28 and Brandon G was very polite and professional. He has been here before, but all the technicians are very professional. Every time I called I always got a fast response.

Back in June (2019), we needed new water heater and used Scaran. We had a great experience with them so my wife and I decided to call on them again when our boiler (only 12 years old) was having problems.

My wife and I can now say that we are EXTREMELY pleased with our experience with Scaran for our boiler replacement. It has been a pleasure to work with Anthony (sales) and with every person from Scaran with whom we've had the pleasure of interacting with. We are quite impressed with the professionalism, courtesy and respect everyone has given us.

The installation itself went very well and all the various crews associated with it went like clockwork, from rip out and removal of the old boiler, to the installation of the new boiler, to the electrical aspect of the installation. EVERYONE associated with the project exhibited pride in their work. The craftsmanship and work quality is exceptional.

Alvin (the service technician) who did a thorough diagnostic, broke the news to us about needing a new boiler to us gently and with compassion. The installation crew, Ray and Silva were true gentlemen - so courteous and respectful.... and left our basement cleaner than they found it. Our compliments are not limited to the installation crew --- everyone from a very personable, professional salesperson (Anthony) to the office staff on the phone (Jennifer) -- made us feel like a valued customer.

This experience with this group of professionals was quite refreshing to us in the day and age when no one seems to care what kind of product they offer or service they (usually fail to) provide, mixed in with greedy, disrespectful and unprofessional people. Scaran has given us hope that it is indeed possible to provide exceptional customer service and qualify service and unsurpassed workmanship.

I’ve been using Scaran for a little over two years now with zero complaints, they have great service, they do an excellent job fixing and maintaining my heating and cooling. I’ve recently had the pleasure of dealing with Brandon G in my recent annual maintenance of my heating who took it a step further to label all my gas lines, on and off switches for my unit. As well leaving a very detail description of everything that was done during my maintenance check up.

Brandon G. came to my home and was courteous when he arrived. He asked politely to use our kitchen sink to rinse parts from the furnace. Once he completed his work he then explained what was done and that everything was working well. Brandon then showed how he added new stickers to all the pipes and shutoff valves. I was extremely happy with Brandon G. and the work that he did for us today.

We have been using Scaran since we purchased our home in 2008 and have always been pleased. Mike O. did an excellent job. He was thorough, quick, and explained what he was doing. Very happy with him and Scaran.

I had a boiler cleaning done today by the best technician ever. He was very polite, very knowledgeable about the system that I have and took his time to explain and answer my questions. He did a spectacular job, boiler running like a champ. I commend Scaran for their great technician Vivian Craigwell and great service!!

Brandon G. checked both my air conditioning and heating systems as well as my hot water heater under my service contract. He was most professional in completing all required services. He was also very helpful and informative, answering my questions and explaining items he tagged so I would know how to shut off the gas, water, electricity in case of any emergency. He was very polite. I wish I could rate him higher than 5 stars!

We have been customers of Scaran for many years and they have always been professional and prompt in their response, service and diagnostics. We also utilize a service plan with them for seasonal maintenance that they offer which allows us priority for emergencies. All of their technicians have been polite and professional. The technician we deal with, John Beynon, is professional, courteous and an excellent diagnostic tech. He always goes over and beyond checking to make sure the job is done properly, meticulously and complete. He is mindful of our home, he always wears shoe covers to protect our floors as he works and is a pleasure to deal with.

Great company! Great service! Brandon G. Came to do my seasonal checkup today. He was very thorough, courteous and gave me a full report on the system. Their technicians are first rate.
