Scaran

I would like to thank Kevin and his team at Scaran for taking care of my problem with my air conditioning unit in such a courteous and professional way. when I reported my problem to Kevin he sent his technician, Richard Lattanzi, to look into it. Richard came promptly at the scheduled time and was able to locate and fix the problem in a short time. I also want to thank the ladies who answer the phones who are always cheerful and helpful. To everyone at Scaran, thank you for your professionalism and attention to customer service !

We had our annual maintenance check for our furnace. Our technician was Brandon G....he was very enlightening, and patiently answered our questions/concerns we had. At the end, he explained exactly what he had done, labelled a few items that should have been, and explained what exactly we should do should our water heater begins to leak. We are very happy we chose Scaran.

We had our annual heating checkup done today by . John B and Joey. Excellent service and continuity of care-John B is a seasoned professional, having solved previous complicated problems in our home- including a serious wiring complication with our air conditioning unit- in this sweltering past summer. He always takes the problem to the maximum level of care-- he does not leave the scene until he has the solution! Todays service was quick, punctual, polite--First time with Joey- also excellent thorough and careful. And they like my dog. Thank you very much . L

We are so glad that we call Scaran to have our HVAC repaired at our business. We called the day after Christmas and they scheduled us for same day repair. Michael O. was the most courteous, polite and knowledgeable service tech. Jennifer, in customer service, was also wonderful. They've just gained new customers.

Brandon and Lou were very thorough, efficient and hard working. They did a great job making sure my air was working. Cleaned up nicely after the job was over and were very respectful. Couple of good workers who do great work. Thank you!

Richie 2/7 was highly professional extremely thorough explaining to my wife what had to be done for our boiler servicing.
Also another separate service call was done on Feb 17 this was also excellent and was done by Michael and his assistant. This was for a pipe underneath the kitchen sink he was extremely thorough excellent job.

Brandon G. was the technician, very polite , professional, explained everything he had done when finished. This is my first year with Scaran and I am extremely pleased with everyone , from the people on the phones to the technicians. I'm glad I made the switch.

UPDATE 5/1/2020: John Beynon was our technician for our yearly air conditioning check-up/maintenance - he is the best technician we've had so far. Knowledgeable, thorough, super nice, and trustworthy. He went above and beyond! 5 Stars to John and Scaran!

I'm a new homeowner and had Scaran install a brand new Lennox furnace and air conditioning system. They were neat, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job overall. Anthony, the sales manager, explained everything to me and made the process less stressful. Many people say Scaran is a bit more expensive for HVAC installations, but I'll tell you what - I'd rather pay a little more to ensure the job is done right! Not only did they discard my old furnace and AC unit, they registered my new equipment, and were very transparent with all documentation up front. Please consider them for future install and repair services to AC, heat, and hot water. Bravo!

Brandon and Louis were the technicians , who came to do the yearly preventative maintenance on the furnace and air conditioning units . They were courteous knowledgeable about their job . They made you feel comfortable knowing your work will be done right .

We had Scaran come yesterday to put in a mini-split air conditioning system. I have to say that we were thrilled with Scaran from start to finish. Anthony came to give us the original estimate, and he highly impressed us. He was friendly, informative, professional, and honest. We were comfortable with him immediately, and decided to use Scaran for the job because of him. We had already had 2 other estimates, but when Anthony came, we knew that we wanted Scaran to do the job. Our choice turned out to be the perfect one! Yesterday, the workers came nice and early, and really took the time and care to lay a foam-like cover on my floors - not just paper. This protected the floors from the dirt and the ladders. I was highly impressed, as I have had work done in the house before, and never had anyone use such quality material to protect my floors. The workers, Aaron and Matt, were such pleasant, polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful people. They cared for my house as if it were their own. They were so appreciative of us offering them bottles of water - just so nice! We said that they could use the front door to go in and out to the truck, which would have been easier for them, but they politely declined, as they did not want to track anything through the house. They worked beautifully, and did exactly what we hoped for. The work was impeccable, and they took the time to clean up after. Anthony came back to check the work - also impressive. We are more than happy with Scaran, and thank Anthony, Aaron, and Matt for all they did. It was a wonderful experience, and I HIGHLY recommend Scaran for any work. I will certainly use them again!
