The technician Josh was very nice, personable and on time. The supervisor Alex was okay. However he kept pushing me to make a decision and let them work on the unit, etc. I was also disappointed that your company does not offer a payment plant for anything other than total unit replacement. If you all had payment options that would have steered me towards you more. I went with another company who did a complete inspection and offered a payment plan for similar services: including replacement of parts and maintenance. I would have given a higher star rating otherwise. Thank you for your time yesterday
Juan was very thorough and professional through the whole process of replacing my old hot water heater. I appreciated his advice and knowledge on the type of water pipes I have and how to protect them. I will use Happy Home Services again.
I have used them for years but recently, during the course of a routine PM visit, they told me my system had a gas leak and needed $1500 of repairs. I got a second opinion from another qualified technician who could not find a gas leak. I'm disgusted...
I am continually impressed with the outstanding service we receive from Happy Home Services. Not only for repairs and installations, but also for routine annual maintenance. Trevor was our service provider recently and conducted a plumbing assessment at our home, checking all of our faucets in bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room, and also checking our water pressure. If I could give him 10 out of 5 stars I would! Superior service and customer service.
The service is very responsive in setting up regular maintenance schedules before and during their appointments. Garrett Britt was the serviceman who handled my residence and did a superb job. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
I had a VIP 1 yr service warranty and it was not honored. My blow fan went out. This could have been avoided if the VIP maintenance was done correctly. When I spoke with company reps concerning the items not done and the low level( not VIP) service I paid for and received was partially the blame, they did right by me. I only ended up paying half for part only. Labor was free and received another 1 yr VIP service warranty for free. I am very satisfied with the outcome. Thanks for compromising and being understanding from my perspective. after the fan about 2 months later experiencd same issue. tech said freon was low. spent $500. 3 days later same issue. all my $500 was gone back too same issue. I feel like I was hoodwinked and deceived. if they had done their job by servicing my unit properly the issues would has been caught in time. a whole year of faking servicing my hvac unit. now after 800 for fan, 500 for freon and 300 for VIP service warranty I'm out. unit needs to be replaced. I feel they sabotage my unit to trick me into purchasing a new one. nope..... I DO NOT BUYERS BEWARE. RECCOMMEND THIS COMPANY. nope don't need no estimate... get off my property....
Had a great experience with Happy Home Services. Autumn was very helpful and communicated well for our HVAC system service scheduling. When a part needed replacement, she kept us informed of timeline and status of the ordered part. Josh performed our HVAC inspection and repair, and he was a pleasure to work with as well. Very prompt and made quick work of taking care of our system. We are pleased to be Happy Home customers and now have a maintenance plan with them to keep our HVAC up and running smoothly.
HVAC outside coil starter capacitor faulty. From start (initial call, to finish, working unit ) took less than 75 minutes… on a Sunday, on Father’s Day! Thank you Happy Heating & Cooling. Your service allowed me to stay on plan A and BBQ and relax with my family in a cool house!
Happy Homes Installed New HVAC in December. When things started warming up and the AC was needed there was a problem. Called them and they got right on it. Sent Mike out to inspect the situation he found the issue ordered a part and repaired it efficiently and quickly. I recommend these guys for new installs and repairs they take care of their customers. Thank you Happy homes for taken care of me and my grandkids..
