Good company with whom we have done business for several years, including annual contracts to inspect and service both HVAC and our external emergency generator. The technicians
are very competent and professional and DO NOT try to 'up sell'
clients on unnecessary services, parts, etc.

Our service man fro Happy Home heating and cooling ,his name is Simon. He was very professional very thorough and very courteous and concerning. He explained everything that he did , he also explain to us we needed to change our filters in the heating system. He took his time making sure everything was working in order and checking everything for us. I am very satisfied with this company. I will keep them , as my HVAC company ,as long as I am living in this area of the state of North Carolina.

They were very professional and very polite. I needed a new unit and I wasn’t pressured into buying a new one. They showed me all the problems that was wrong with the system and some of the leaks. I’m very happy with them and would definitely use them again.
