Service Technician Josh Jordan was great. My AC went out late on Saturday night. I called and scheduled an emergency appointment for Sunday. Josh called at 9:00 a.m. on Sunday and the AC had restarted. Josh recommended I schedule a regular appointment since AC was working but told me to call back if it stopped again. At 3:30 p.m. it was out again, I called back. Josh arrived around 8:00 p.m. and despite his long, hot day he was friendly and polite. Went right to work and found a clogged drain that he cleared. He explained everything. I have never regretted switching from ARS to Happy Home.

They were able to find and repair a leak on my HVAC line going through my attic. Installed a new pipe on the outside of my townhouse ( the one by the window) that match the other one already. Damon and Eric were very helpful and easy to work with through the process as well the the other 2 guys :) that did the labor. They did the job in just a few hours and left everything back in place and clean. I will definitely be using for any future needs.

Very positive experience with Happy Home. Our technician, Trevor, came by and looked at my kitchen faucet leak along with a few other items. He offered practical guidance and when we decided to fix the leak, he instantly added me to the schedule for the day and prioritized the issue, despite having other obligations to tend. The faucet was replaced was brilliantly fixed in under two hours. excellent value from a company that centralizes sincerity and service. while many businesses just seek to extort you for the highest bid, Happy Home demonstrates genuine care for their customers throughout their process. highly recommend!

The representative, Simon is quite knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He performed his task with expediency.

Happy Home was very prompt, knowledgeable, professional and price wise very reasonable considering another company was charging more than double for a warranty repair. We have used them at a prior residence and will continue to do so.

The first thing that made this an A+ standout company to me is the fact that when I called a person answered the phone. I had contacted 4 other plumbing companies in the past week and got voicemail and told I would receive a call back and that didn't happen.
I had almost given up however we have been putting off the sink drain repair for quite awhile and needed to get it done. I received a postcard in the mail that Happy Home had completed services on a home in our area recently...so off I went to check the reviews for the company and can honestly say that I know why they are a 4.8 🌟 company on Google reviews!

The second thing that made this company an A+ is that the same day I called a technician was dispatched to my house to check the issue and give me a guaranteed estimate for repair.
Ricky was our technician and he was professional, friendly, and explained everything that needed to happen to resolve the issue to where it could be understood by someone who is not a plumber.

The third thing that makes this company an A+ company is the fast service! Ricky left our house and within 30 minutes I received a text to call and schedule the repair day. I called and was put on the schedule for 2 days later! I mean WOW!

Ricky came out today to do the repair and did a fantastic job. He completed the job within a few hours and made sure that the work space he worked in was clean. Thank you for your hardwork Ricky! Thanks for having such great service technicians and customer service agents Happy Home! We are very happy customers and will be returning for future jobs to be completed.

Changed out hot water tank, responded very quickly and completed job in a very short time period, courtesy, Profesional and let me know of appointments and arrival times. Would use them again

I can’t express enough thanks to happy home and the technician who came to service our A/C today! Peter was professional, genuinely kind, proficient, and honest! He explained the issue with our unit in a way that was easy for me to understand. I actually found this company on the nextdoor app after several of my neighbors recommended them! While it was unfortunate that I needed any HVAC services I feel fortunate that I had Happy Home! My HVAC quit on me and I knew that the time to replace it had come. I shopped around and finally settled with HAppy Home. Professional, transparent and extremely communicative. The entire process was seamless. My complete HVAC replacement was completed in one day and there was no mess left behind. The installers were respectful of my home. I am loving the new HVAC and would happily recommend Happy Home to anyone needing HVAC service.
