Worthington Air cam out to check my air conditioning . It stopped working last year . I figured it was the old cheap thermostat. I had installed a new one. Ghe new one wouldn’t work. The technician checked it out and found I ha one wire wrong. It could have been worse! Plus he added 1lb of refrigerant and cleaned the compressor .
Their help was worth every penny.

The technician was very professional yet friendly. He explained everything that he had done. The final paperwork that I received included everything that he had discussed with me. He did tell me that my furnace was approximately 20 years old and that sometime in the near future would probably need replacing. I would request him for my next visit.

Right before Christmas, CWA installed a new furnace. We chose the more expensive option because it was supposed to be quieter. From the very beginning, the system had an annoying ringing. CWA came out 4 times with 3 different techs, but each time they said the furnace was fine and tried to blame the ductwork or anything else. The last time, the tech pulled the blower and spun the drum. It wobbled back and forth like a misaligned tire. He said that it was fine, but I’m convinced that misalignment is causing the ringing. Regardless, I will be contacting another provider and will not have CWA in my home again.

Great service. Used as a second opinion for a broken furnace. Quickly identified the problem after the other company said nothing was wrong. The tech took the time to fix the problem that required some ingenuity. We were the last appointment for the day but he made sure we had heat no matter what it took. I will use them from now on.

We recently had our 29 yr old Rheem furnace serviced by a local hvac company. We discovered some issues with the heat exchanger and inducer blower. It would be to expensive to repair this old equipment. We contacted several hvac companies to give us quotes and recommendations for a new hvac system. After reviewing all the quotes and information we received we decide to purchase a new hvac system from CWA. Michelle the sales agent for CWA was very
professional,knowledgeable and answered all our questions. She walked us through the installation and commissioning phases of the new equipment. We wanted the ac compressor installation to be aesthetically pleasing to the home. Michelle showed us several pictures of other installations showing the high quality of workmanship that CWA prides themselves in. No other companies we talked to provided this type of information. She provided two different options at a very fair price. She did not try any upsell or pressure tactics. Installation was scheduled for the next day.
Jake and Shiloh were the two installation technicians. They were punctual and laid down drop clothes to maintain a clean area. All the old equipment was removed and hauled away.
They instructed us on the operation of the equipment and answered all our questions. Detailed furnace setup up data was documented for use in future preventive maintenance. CWA handled all the registration of the new warranties. It was a very seamless process from purchase through installation and commissioning. We are very happy with the new Bryant hvac. The CWA team of Michelle, Jake and Shiloh did an exemplary job. They all are excellent assets for the CWA organization.
They proved that the CWA motto of " YOU CAN'T SPELL TRUST WITHOUT US " rings true. We highly recommend CWA for any hvac work needed.
