Jamie Thompson came and serviced our Air Conditioning along with the inspection. He is professional and good at making customer feel like a friend. I appreciated how he would explain or answer a question so it was easy to understand. I will ask for him again.

The installation of a new furnace and A/C went very well, no issues. The team was friendly and professional. They were more than happy to answer all our questions and give us a short lesson on how the thermostat worked and made sure we were comfortable with everything before they left. We are happy with the new system. Works as promised.

They were able to get out same day and fix my AC in 30 minutes. Bryce was a pro and friendly during his visit. Thanks for saving us from the heat!

We scheduled someone on a Monday to come and do it maintenance on our furnace. After the maintenance, he showed us where our furnace was failing. And we had had some difficulties with our AC the last few years so we scheduled to have someone come out and talk to us on Thursday about options. We had our furnace and air conditioning replaced on Friday. The two gentlemen who showed up were on time. They were professional. And they cleaned while they worked. The entire thing was done in about four hours. We were super impressed and grateful. I fully recommend Columbus Worthington Air to anyone who needs to have their furnace or air conditioning replaced.

Kenny came today to check our new heating and cooling system. Kenny was wonderful in explaining everything to us. We feel much more knowledgeable about our system. Kenny is so pleasant and efficient. I hope if we need service Kenny is the gentleman who you send to us.

Furnace and A/C replacement. Quoted on Thursday and installed on Friday. Two man crew showed up on time, used care in the removal of old furnace and install of new furnace - tarps on wood floors and carpets, shoe covers when entering house, no walls were damaged. Both techs were friendly and professional. Answered all questions throughout the day and gave instruction/explanation of new equipment operation after equipment was tested and running. Cleaned up and removed ALL old equipment, duct work, and general rubbish that they would create during an install like this. After they left I directed several questions to my sales person/project engineer. She was receptive to my questions and prompt with responses. Overall very happy with the job that was done.

We’ve been using Columbus Worthington Air for a long time. They installed a new unit for us a couple years ago, and now we have them back to do our annual maintenance. I really like the fact that they seem to have low turnover and we have the same guy (David). coming back to our home year after year, who is familiar with our house and systems. Highly recommend!

Get a second opinion if you use them. I had a technician David O. Do a tune up on my heat pump. He said it was leaking coolant and based on age of unit (12 yr) to get a new one vs repair. I got quotes from a few places. One sales person said he didn't think I had a problem. I paid another company (who I didn't contact to buy a new unit) send a technician to also do a tune up. He noted the refrigerant charge, amps, compressor, capacitor were good and saw nothing concerning. Either way, being deceitful to sell me something I don't need or sending untrained people to do work, is bad business. I won't be using Worthington Air in the future.

I would recommend Worthington Air to anyone who values knowledgeable, well trained, and professional technicians and staff. The install crew were extremely courteous and made sure they cleaned up after the install. I’ve used Worthington Air for almost 15 years and I’ve never been dissatisfied with the service. We’ll done!
