Michael Ford did a fantastic job on the service call. He arrived on time, explained the purpose is the post install inspection. He explained what he was doing as he went through the inspection. He was professional and respectful, wearing shoe covering and even asked if it was okay to turn off the ac and turn on the heat and back again.
We would have no problem having Michael provide future service calls.

Great service and always professional; do a great job. Can be a bit pricey compared to some options but we have their maintenance plan which saves us money on routine maintenance as it did today. Overall, we’ve had several different technicians come to our home over the past couple of years and all have been knowledgeable, courteous, and professional.

Delonte Rivers performed the calculation and quoting process. He was professional (and personable) in all meetings. After reviewing the existing equipment he made solid recommendations, taking our lifestyle in account. I have agreed to purchase a new furnace and air conditioner from CWA and was convinced in part by his presentation. I will review the overall performance of this company when the installation is complete.

Have had good luck with this company in the past, however a tech was out for yearly heater maintenance last week. He told my wife that the furnace was showing error 42 (fault with the inducer motor essentially), and because our unit is old he recommended that we replace the furnace. I told them that I could replace that myself and he told my wife everything else was functioning. I assumed the furnace was still functional since I had just run it earlier that morning before he arrived.
I found that evening that the furnace was not functional. I found a used inducer blower unit online for about $260 and just replaced it today.
Upon a close inspection of the unit I removed, I found CLEAR evidence that a tool had been inserted through the cooling hole on the motor housing and dug into the circuit board. There are clear marks and damaged components on the circuit board and a clear mark on the plastic cover. There is no reason a tool would ever be inserted in that location. With my electrical engineering and technical background, I have some home automation tools already logging my furnace, and I show clearly that the furnace was functioning normally before the technician was in our house. In my opinion, this unit was intentionally damaged to justify recommending a replacement furnace. I see no other reason anyone would insert a tool and pry on the PCB.
I have no idea if technicians are given any sort of incentive to sell new furnaces, but I am very disappointed. Someone with less technical skill would have spent thousands of dollars on a new furnace. A new replacement blower unit with installation would easily cost over $1000. I'm out about $260 and a few hours of time, but I'm very disappointed.
I've attached pictures of the damage to the PCB and the marks in the housing from the tool insertion.

Wanted to say a huge thank you to the whole team at CWA. Called CWA yesterday due to my ac no longer working. Found outmy ac unit and furnance is 24 years old and it was time to get a new one. They managed to work with me to be able to get me a new ac unit and furnance placed today. I now have my ac back and I couldn't be more grateful. Thank you for the professionalism and being punctual. Every person was great, I have no complaints.

Got several quotes to convert a fuel oil furnace to a propane system with a heat pump. These guys gave me the best mechanical system at nearly $6,000 and $4,000 cheaper than Fire and Ice and Ecoplumber. Highly recommend getting multiple estimates, and also getting these guys on on the bid! They were great up through the end. Install went swimmingly and billing was cake too.

Started with an AC issue, it's wasn't draining due to a blockage. Kenny came and did not excellent job!! He cleaned/cleared it, checked the outside and did some work on the unit. He signed me up for the maintenance and I've already asked if he could be the one checking my furnace in the fall. Very nice man, explained things well, and I trust him. I would give him the highest rating possible. Thank you, Kenny!!

I scheduled a routine maintenance for my 13 year old furnace because it was time, but also because there was a special price deal. The repairman, Trevor Cole, sent me a voicemail telling me when he would arrive. He was polite, professional and very thorough! When he was done he went over everything with me, showing me pictures of things that concerned him and explaining anything that I didn’t understand.
I’m very pleased with the service I received today.

Both techs Nik and Logan were professional, prompt, knowledgeable, through and engaging. Was a great experience from start to finish. Michelle was very knowledgeable and professional during our sales call

I scheduled an appointment for a repair Saturday afternoon around 230pm and was told they could come 4-7pm. No one showed up by 730pm and no call so I called them and was told they couldn’t make it and rescheduled for Sunday. Then 7pm rolls around on Sunday and no one showed up again I called and was told they don’t know what happened I’d be a top priority for Monday someone would absolutely be out. Guess what…..I called at 630pm to see if anyone was gonna come and was told no it would be moved to tomorrow top priority!! Absolutely unprofessional, totally disrespectful of my time and patience, this is NOT how you run a business!! Don’t ever scheduled with them they’re useless!!!!!
