Cesar was very knowledgeable, helpful, polite and friendly. He not only did the AC and heating tune up, but he also changed the filter I had purchased and recommended the merve number that was best for my HVAC system. Additionally he did troubleshooting for my Nest thermostat. He gave me valid information on an air purifier, which has me thinking next steps. I am more than satisfied with this wonderful man that represented Worthington Air in a most sterling way!

The whole experience from presentation to installation was as comfortable and seamless as we have ever had. Delonte's presentation was friendly and informative. He was able to answer all of our questions and CWA was able to provide us a great offer. Josh and Andrew were very thorough and personable during installation, and again, were able to answer all of our questions. I called around and got a couple quotes before committing to Worthington Air. A complete HVAC system replacement is no small purchase so I wanted to make sure I was making the right choice. I called and they sent someone in less than 2 hours.
From the first few minutes of talking with the technician David, I knew I wanted these folks to do the job. They are professional, courteous, and thorough. David explained my issues clearly and without being condescending - he made recommendations and gave his honest opinion of my situation. When I decided which system I wanted, they installed it the next day. They arrived early and finished the big job by evening. They were both friendly and happy to answer any questions I had. Honestly I could not have asked for a smoother experience! - 10/10
