Fire & Ice Heating and Air Conditioning

I recently purchased a Carrier furnace from Fire & Ice because of the value and quality of the Carrier product, the professionalism of the salesperson, and their experienced installation team, I did the research up front and know that I got a first rate furnace at a great price. Their installation team, Floyd and Jacob, arrived on time, we’re extremely courteous, and did an outstanding job. I could tell that they are highly trained and experienced. I especially appreciated how they laid a protective covering on our floor. I know that the Fire & Ice service team will be just as outstanding, but I hope I don’t expect to need them anytime soon.

The entire process of having a new furnace and air conditioner installed was awesome. Scheduling the estimate was quick and easy and I didn't have to wait on availability. The estimate was very thorough, and Bryan was extremely helpful in explaining everything.

Install was just a few days later based on my schedule (they could have installed sooner) and the install technicians (Bryan, Alontae, Von) were awesome. Very professional and courteous, adhering to local health guidelines the entire time. They also had somebody come out and take photos and videos of the install so they could use it in their training. They took the time to ensure everything was installed properly (my old install wasn't). They were also very helpful to show me everything about the system and new thermostat before they left.

Bryan followed up with me a week later and stopped in to check on the install. He's awesome and having a tech come out and tweak a couple things (humidifier and thermostat) to ensure everything runs properly!

After interviewing 5 HVAC companies, we bought from Bryan C. of F & Ice on Freeway drive,Columbus,OH. Bryan gave us the knowledge we needed to be comfortable with this major purchase. We bought a Carrier Infinity system. It will provide the comfort we wanted and increase our home value. The lead techs Demetrius and Floyd who installed our system were so polite and experienced that the project was a breeze( for me). Their finished work was actually an aesthetic improvement to the areas where they removed the old equipment. Definitely include Fire and Ice on Freeway Dr. a part of your heat/a/c search. They also had long term, deferred interest financing available to apply for.

I was looking to replace my 20 year old furnace and AC and contacted multiple companies for a quote. Brad came out to my house and walked me through the process and then developed multiple options for my house. He made the process easy and personable.

On install day, Demetrius and Zo showed up and were professional throughout the day. They protected the flooring, walked us through the system, and did a great job cleaning up. The AC cooled the house nicely and I believe that we made the best choice for us by choosing Fire & Ice.

I just had an AC tune-up completed by Fire and Ice. I couldn’t be happier with the service they provided. Lane was my service technician today and he was awesome. Not only was he knowledgeable about what he was doing but kind and friendly as well. My unit is an older model, he gave me a few recommendations on keeping this unit running a big longer and efficiently. I would recommend Fire and Ice to anyone and everyone. If they have employees that are all on the same level as Lane, you are running a damn good business. Keep up the good work, you will always have my business.

I called Fire & Ice when my A/C wouldn't keep my home cool. There was cold air coming out of the vents, but just not enough. I called and spoke with Micah. She was very helpful and thorough. A tech was sent out to run diagnostics. The day of my appointment I received a reminder along with photo of the tech. I appreciate that extra level of comfort. Adam Lechler was the tech assigned. He was very professional. He had so much patience while I asked him tons of questions. He really helped me understand how my system works, how to get into regular maintenance plans for what is needed to keep the system running smooth. I appreciate the professionalism of the people I interacted with. So glad my house is super chilly now.

Brandon , Carlos, and Harlen did a great job - excellent tidy work . Professional. Cleaned up as they worked . After a long day Brandon took his time and was patient going over all the HVAC equipment , demonstrating how to set the new thermostat . They did a great job- the only hiccup is oil drips on my new patio from their vacuum compressor. I was told they would take care of it . Waiting to here back - I don’t want this to take away from the great workmanship

We stopped at the Fire&Ice booth at the home expo. Spoke with Gentlemen about HVAC duct & Vent Cleaning. We had this done in a previous home. We have been in our current home for 21 yrs. We had some home remodeling done in the past 10 years. We knew it was something that needed to be done. Isaac was our technician, very kind, professional - explained the process in the beginning and would explain what was next thru it all. He had taken before and after pictures. All I can say is WOW...
the difference in the ducts so very clean. Good News I did not have spiders in there :) - Fire & Ice should be proud to have Isaac as part of their team representing their company. Thanks Isaac for a job well done!

Isaac did our air duct cleaning and we're very pleased. He was extremely professional and courteous. There's a video on the website explaining the entire process which is helpful and Isaac gave another follow-up demonstration in our home. He took care to cover our floors, protect our staircase and cover his shoes. He showed us before and after pictures of our ducts after completing the cleaning and they looked fantastic.

We had a wonderful experience with fire and ice, Brian was very knowledgeable he took his time and patience to explain the different options that were available to us. He didn't try to pressure us into the more expensive system. Brian was very careful to make sure that we got the system that we need ed. We could not be happier. The installation crew was on time very professional very knowledgeable, very helpful and considerate. You felt like you were being treated like family I had an excellent experience with their company. I Would recommend them to any of my friends or family I felt they treated us fair and wanted us to have the best experience possible.
