Billie H. was professional and courteous. He took the time to explain things about the system and did great work repairing my ductwork. He even gave me tips on system maintenance and things i could do myself to improve performance. Their pricing was incredibly good in my opinion for the work and time that was put into my appointment. Will use them again in the future.

The sales Brad Angel was an excellent salesman,he explained everything to me very well and answered any questions I might of had..He knew I had been shopping around for a new AC Unit,and he understood that and was very respectful!! Between him and the receptionist who I had talked to when calling in Rose,was also very Kind and helpful!! But going over all the companies I had out to my home,sadly I didn't choose Fire And Ice,for other reasons..But Thank You for having such Wonderful and knowledgeable employees working for you!! Very pleased with the quality of care I received from Kyle and the support from others at Fire & Ice. Kyle messaged before arriving and did a thorough inspection of my AC system. He also installed a new thermostat when my old one was producing heat instead of cooling the air. I bought a maintenance plan and plan to stay with Fire&Ice as long as they are open for business.

We had a new mini split installed for the whole house. Bryan the estimator was very professional, thorough, and kind. He took the time to listen to us and he was patient as it took us a couple weeks to decide. He knew we threw away our old window air conditioners and gave us loaners until the unit was installed. The installers Bryan J. and Carlos were fantastic. They were kind and worked very hard. We had our whole system installed in 1.5 days. The system itself was def sticker shock to us. But going with quality products and a quality company was very important to us. Our house have never felt so comfortable.

We had a new hvac system and a water heater put in today. We are very happy with the install of all 3 products. Demetrius, Billie, & and Harlan all put in work! They were kind, professional, funny and extremely hard working. They communicated all throughout the process and prior to them leaving made sure we were happy with the install. We are happy that Fire & Ice sent their best employees to come take care of us. 5 out of 5!

Nick and Hassan were our Hvac tech guys that replaced our 30 year old Heating/AC system on March 16th, 2023. They completed the replacement of the whole system in less then one day, made sure to have tarps down and cleaned everything up afterwards. They lined up everything perfect inside and out. You can not tell that they were even here working accept the look of a new system. Great job Guys! Thanks Douglas & Bobbie

Harry Lawson came out today to do a tune-up on our whole system. He was very professional, courteous, polite and knowledgeable. He suggested options for us without being pushy about it. I would definitely recommend Fire & Ice being that we have always had good service and response when needed

Colby completed a tuneup on our furnace today. He was polite, professional and very thorough. He took time to explain what he did. Hopefully I will be able to select him the next time I need service.

After our furnace was showing signs of issues, we called Fire & Ice for next steps. They were quick to get an appointment setup and Luke did awesome in examining the furnace and provided a detailed examination of his findings. Unfortunately, that resulted in the need for a new furnace. Bryan came out (same day as the service appointment with Luke) to provide several options for a new furnace. He was very detailed and went over each option. After contacting Bryan about moving forward with one of the options, he was very responsive and quick to get us setup for install. I know the team was very busy with other customer requests due to a cold weather front that came through, but Luke and Robb did a fantastic job with installing our new furnace that’s keeping my wife and I nice and toasty! Thanks Fire & Ice for your service and professionalism, and we certainly appreciate your ability to work us into the schedule quickly!

I’m pleased with the results of my AC and heating unit. Demetrius and Floyd were kind but most importantly professional. They asked me if I had any questions along the process. I felt comfortable with them being in my home and paying attention to details. They cleaned up after themselves, and showed me how to operate my new system. I highly recommend Fire and ICE for your HVAC needs.
