Fire & Ice have always been 100%
Been using them for my HVAC maintenance for years, and recently had them do a full HVAC installation. Their technicians are personable, kind, knowledgeable, and great. Prices are reasonable. Would never go with anyone else.

Had a small gas leak. They were able to come out the same day which was great. No other company I called was able to come out the same day. Technician and company were very professional.
However at the of the day it just wasnt worth my money. After my initial review I am now left feeling ripped off.

I had a gas leak in the gas line. Was told by Columbia Gas I needed an HVAC person to come out to work on the furnace. Initially the technician told me there wasnt a leak...then I informed him that the gas was shut off. I wonder if I hadnt of told him that whether I wouldve just been left with a gas leak.
Then the "repair" that was done was putting compound around the leak until it stopped. I was also charged an "after hours fee" and it was only after 6pm.
So all in all when it comes down to it, I paid $150 for someone to come and put compound on my gas line when I couldve done the same thing and it wouldve just cost me $8 for a bottle of compound from Home Depot.
I dont need to pay professionals for patchwork, I can do that myself.

Lane and Kyle were very helpful in explaining the maintenance to ensure our air conditioning unit runs smoothly. They were not pushy yet provided the information to service our unit. They wore booties in our home to protect our flooring.

Got several quotes for a new furnace and the best value was definitely Fire & Ice. We really appreciated Roger’s knowledge and advice. Highly reccomend!

Brad, my sales representative, showed me a comprehensive list of my options, set me up with financing make a brand new system affordable, and professionally communicated throughout the entire process. Kyle was very professional and took the time to correctly diagnose and repair an issue that another HVAC company misdiagnosed. He explained what the issue was to me and showed me exactly what he did to fix it. I would definitely use Fire and Ice again.

Colby was on time. He was knowledgeable, professional, respectful and fixed a few issues with my furnace. He also cleaned up when he was done. I would use him again!

Harry Lawson was the service technician for our most recent tuneup. Harry was very professional and courteous. He was very thorough and made recommendations on gaining more efficiencies from our HVAC system.

Our salesperson, Bryan, did an excellent job of configuring our HVAC needs to the size of our house. Bryan presented several different options and manufacturers which enable me to make a good decision. Bryan, came out on the day of install and made sure we didn't have any questions. Bryan is currently following up with us since it is to cold to run the AC yet. I really appreciate his diligence in making sure we are satisfied with the service.
