I have worked with them multiple times for tune ups and when I've needed them to fix the AC. Quick and easy to set up appointments with. I've recommended them to family members as well. Harry was very patient at explaining things and answered all my questions.

Nick and Heman replaced my AC unit today. No issues with quality or value. They showed up when scheduled, and had to deal with my doggo who escaped from his crate. They kindly left a note about it as well! The only con, which is why I deducted a star, was that they did not turn the AC back on before they left… it was 78° in here and I had 2 dogs left at home. It will take a couple hours to get back to a liveable temperature😬 Otherwise, they did a great job and I would recommend!

Adam did a great job! He is very knowledgeable and explains everything he is doing! Walked me through other things I can do to prolong the life of our systems! Very polite and respectful! When he was done he went over everything he did while he was at our place! Very pleased!

Harry did great! Very professional, always smiling. F&I has a winner on their hands!

Luke called to say there has been a cancellation and he could come to our house next. This was a huge help when our ac was not working. He was very knowledgeable and quickly solved the problem.

After we received several estimates on replacing our furnace and air conditioning unit, we came across Winson S. at Fire and Ice. He arrived early to present an estimate. He was completely prepared to give us the best customer experience and sales options. He provided lots of options along with tips for the system we had and purchased. Winson’s prior experience as a technician really benefited since he was very detailed in how the installation would be done and what to expect.

Fire and Ice was the ONLY company that asked questions about our current system along with any issues on the system, cold/hot spots, allergies, etc. Winson had all the information prepared with a basic overlay of our home to approximate square area. This helped him to provide us with viable options of systems that could handle the workload to heat/cool our home. His no pressure sales was refreshing and appreciated. These were all major factors in our decision to go with Fire and Ice! Winson’s promptly scheduled us for next week installation as well as follow up the following week to ensure we were happy with all services and equipment provided by Fire and Ice.

The next week, Brandon K. arrived with his crew of Carlos and Adam on time and completely ready to install. He and his crew got to work immediately, splitting up the workload to ensure efficient use of time. While we were available should the technicians need anything, the technicians worked productively while we went along with our daily routines.

They spent the entire day installing a new heating and HVAC system in our home. This was replacing the original builder model (18 yrs old). The crew had to make adjustments with the existing pipes and vents. They relocated the HVAC from the side of the house to the back. This created easier access for future service and repairs. They did a good job leveling the new pad (which took additional digging) as well as removing all the old piece at the side location.

Not only were they kind and professional, they were considerate of their work area and made sure to clean up afterwards. Brandon K. definitely has the experience to ensure that the job was done correctly. He patiently explained the new system along with answering any questions we had. He also made sure we knew about the warranty and the company policy to guarantee their work. We are extremely satisfied with the work and our new heating/HVAC system. Highly recommend Fire and Ice!

The sales experience with Luke was great. The installation team of Demetrius, Tyler and Hassan was fantastic. They were on time, were very thorough and did a great job. They take pride in their work and it shows with the final product. They were very respectful, cleaned up and it was a pleasure having them in our house. I highly recommend all these employees and this company. The company is fortunate to have them.

Demetrius, Jacob, Matt and the rest of the crew did a fantastic job installing our new furnace and AC. They were timely, efficient, courteous and professional. Highly recommend Fire and Ice.

I was pleased with Colby Shipcott, he was very professional and arrived on time. Beginning of spring, there was burning smell form the furnace and it stopped working. We were fortunate to get Colby come out the same day and diagnose the issue. He had a new blower motor handy. Great job
