Installers Carlos and Floyd are the best. They are very courteous and professional. Went above and beyond to help in any way necessary for easy installation. An excellent job and everything was top grade.

Harry came out and did a great job of checking everything out. Even though he arrived at 4:30 he wasn’t in a hurry to try to get done. He took time to go through everything. We needed Freon added so we had him do that also. I would recommend Harry to anyone needing HVAC work. Very nice and courteous. He gave us a summary report when he was finished. Very professional.

Tried Fire and Ice to do scheduled maintenance. Harry was very professional and did more than expected. Maintenance plan seemed very affordable and worth the price. Fire & Ice is more customer friendly than other companies I’ve used.

We came home one Sunday evening after going out to dinner to find a warm house. Our A/C had stopped working. We assumed it would be days or weeks before we could find someone to help. Our first call was to Fire & Ice. I was surprised when less than 30 minutes later Adam Lechler called me. After a few minutes of explaining what our issue was, he said he could be at our house in 30 minutes.

He was very clear and open about the fee for after hours, ensuring that we were not surprised, which I very much appreciated.

Just like he said, he was at our house 30 minutes later and quickly started to troubleshoot the issue. He was great at explaining what he was doing and why. And when he discovered the issue, he was able to fix the issue and had our house cooling off quickly. He took a few extra minutes to explain some of the inner workings of our HVAC, and how the safety features stopped a clogged drain from causing much more trouble for our system.

I was so impressed with Adam Lechler that I signed up for a maintenance plan that night, while he was still there. He was professional and patient. Not only would I be glad to have Adam back at my home for any issues we may have, I'll gladly work with and recommend Fire and Ice to everyone.

From the first contact with Luke (sales) to the actual install of replacements of my entire HVAC system. Not only did I not feel pressured by sales (I did with competitor's), I was amazed by the techs sent to my home, Bryan and Carlos, they did a amazing job, above and beyond to ensure the new system was in code. After about 11hrs of hard work, Bryan stayed and went over each detail with a smile. These guys are awesome and I appreciate their time and devotion to the customer, he wasn't rushing me on his tutorial on the new thermostat, I really appreciate these guys. Please thank them both for the extra time and attention to detail.

Our AC broke, and after we replaced the capacitor it still didn't work. We called another company and were told we would need to repair or possibly replace the system. It wasn't cheap, and we were worried, so we contacted Fire and Ice for an additional quote to replace the whole AC system. Luke Watson came out and looked at the system. He was very honest with us, talking us through different options and explaining their cost/ impact to our electricity bill. Everything was explained in a way that made a stressful time a little easier. He didn't push us to pay for a replacement, rather he asked us why we were looking at replacing the system. He outlined the positives and negatives of replacement vs repair and was very understanding of our concerns about cost.

We decided to go ahead and have them do an additional diagnostic check for us, just in case. Man am I glad we did! Luke Priday was able to come out to our house the same day and look at our AC. He easily recognized that our capacitor repair had worked, however we had bumped a wire lose while reattaching the panel. Luke made the fix for us during his diagnostic check and got our AC running the same day!

We were so impressed with the honesty, efficiency, and knowledgeability of Fire and Ice that we are going to sign up for their maintenance program for our HVAC system!

Luke Priday was awesome!!! Very knowledgeable knows his stuff!!! Always prompt!! Professional !! and courteous! He's been out to our home twice and both times he made us feel at ease with his ability to troubleshoot and repair our units. He is definitely an asset to Fire and Ice!!!
