Called because water was backing up in the kitchen sink and disposal. My call was answered within two rings and I was scheduled within 10 minutes of calling to have Kevin out the next day to make the repair.

Kevin called ahead just like I was told and he said it would be about an hour before he arrived. He was on time, asked a few questions, looked around upstairs and down. We had already cleared the contents from under our sink so he could get right to work.

After about 90 minutes of persistent effort and going through multiple options to find the clog, he found it and removed it.

The price was fair, the service was great and American Air continues to be my go to company for Plumbing, HVAC around our home.

Great Service, Jason W did very good job explaining my furnace and AC unit. Gave me ideas to help save me money in the future. I have been using this company for years. They have done HVAC, plumbing and electrical work for me. I will call them anytime I need service. I called them and they were able to come out the next day.

I had an annual inspection of my AC unit accomplished by Matt. He was very courteous and professional taking the time to explain potential future issues with my AC unit and provided information on parts replacement with prices that will allow me to plan accordingly to get this taken care of. I sincerely appreciate the time he took explaining the function of the parts needing replaced. He is a true professional and an asset to Amercian Air! Thank you for the great service!

While they were a little later than our scheduled time (to fix my A/C), it was also the hottest day of the year, so I couldn't really complain too much. Once he arrived, he was quick, polite, willing to answer all my questions and probably would have stayed there an hour if I'd needed him to even though his day (Saturday) had been extended as well. They were kind and understanding when it came to billing issues too, which I greatly appreciated. I've been a customer since at least 2010, maybe longer.

Tom K came to my house to fix a furnace problem on Tuesday after New Years Day. He handled everything very efficiently and I was good to go in under and hour! I've dealt with this company for many years and found them to be very professional and friendly!

We had a new furnace and central air installed by American Air. They were very professional and courteous. They also installed a new stand pipe in our basement. Everything was reasonable priced. They explained their work and answered all of our questions. We would definitely hire them again.

The American air team is always timely for installs and they definitely spend the time before, during, and after the install to make sure the job is done right. Our church has had 2 AC units and a furnace unit installed in the last 2 years and the team did an excellent hob helping us select the right equipment for our space and needs.

Matt was our technician, he has been here before. We had several questions about our furnace, which is 24 years old and one about our air conditioner unit. He explained options and ball park figures for us to get an idea. Very pleased with American Air

I have been working with American Air and more specifically, Tom K, for many years. Tom is extremely friendly and feels like part of the family. He not only knows his HVAC stuff, but has gone out of the way to help us on several occasions when our heating or AC went out. I highly recommend both Tom and American Air.

Brandon is very straightforward no bs kind of guy. Very efficiently surveyed the situation and told me how he could execute on creating an outlet where I needed it. Showed me the price sheet got my approval and went to work. As he worked we chatted and I found him to be amiable and decent and plain spoken, which I appreciate in new acquaintances as it's a rare quality. Would call on Brandon again for work with no hesitation.
