My experience started with the phone call, the representative was very courteous, she does an EXCELLENT representation for the company. We had an EXCELLENT experience with the Service Technician Jacob.
He was responsive, professional, and timely. He went right to work and found the problem relatively quickly. I would recommend Pickerington Heating and Cooling to anyone. Plus they are very reasonable.

This is the second time using them, they always do a good job, it they seem very trustworthy that goes a long way, it’s hard to get that. Thx for getting me up and working again

Highly recommended! Our tech, Adam was very knowledgeable and professional! He did a great job explaining all the details. The price was also much better than the other guys and the warranty is better too!

Just did a yearly maintenance check on furnace. Was told I had rust inside of furnace and it needed cleaning and motor cleaned or replaced. I have been waiting over a week or so to get detailed written estimate. So I can move forward if needed. It's all about being safe and efficient!

I am completely impressed with Pickerington Heating & Cooling. My A/C went out on a very hot day. I called them and explained the situation and I'm s senior and can't take the heat. Zack got someone out that afternoon. Josh and Eric came out and got everything fixed. They were very nice, professional and efficient. They explained what was going on as they went along. They went above and beyond and Josh made time to do a complete Tune-up too. I read really good reviews on this company and now I know why! I will continue to use them and recommend them!

We called in the late evening to schedule a next day service call since our air went out. They were here when they said they would be, gave us a quote on a new unit and by the next day we had our new system up and running. Every team member was nice and answered all of our questions. Highly recommend their service!!

Being in the building industry, I’ve seen a lot. This HVAC company did one of the finer installs not to mention timely… that I’ve experienced. Bryan and Ryan, the installers were exceptional, professional and engaging. I’m not sure when I gave the last company that worked on our buildings five stars, Especially in today’s work environment. I highly recommend this company. Also, the estimator (Branden) for the job showed up the next day, I called 2 other companies which still hadn’t showed up as of this survey. He gets a 5 star rating as well.

Had HVAC system installed recently. Installers we on time and very professional.

Called on a Sunday and they were at my house within 3 hours to repair my furnace. The techs were so professional, had great customer service but most of all honest about the cost! We will definitely be using them again and so should you.
