Had some water on the floor coming from HVAC and the Tech Pooya found water around burner assembly and found flame sensor is wet. Pooya dried up burner assembly with rags and pulled and cleaned flame sensor, and the furnace fired up and started heating with no issues. After further investigation the Pooya located water leak on one of the reverse osmosis line that runs above supply ductwork. Pooya taped around the hole on water line to slow down the leak and set up a plumbing call to have plumber come out and repair leak. Pooya went above and beyond of his normal duties/expertise and it was greatly appreciated.

I was very happy with the service I received from the technician. He was very thorough and explained everything to me about my new thermostat. He also tested out the system and made sure that everything was working properly. I was very satisfied with his performance.

Furnace went out - needed new igniter Called five star Jesse came out same day ordered part came back same day and got furnace up and running Nice job,very knowledgeable Will use company again if needed

Kevin was great! He walked me through what he was doing, explained every step and tool he used. It felt more like we were evaluating the system together and I learned a lot about my system and how it's running. When we were done evaluating the current system Kevin took the time to recap the current state of it and give recommendations on what he would change to improve the comfort and functionality. And the price, what a deal!

I was so lucky to have Jacob look at my system for a second opinion. As soon as he opened up the unit, I could tell he was very experienced. He turned around my whole day and week positively by his honesty and actually fixing my AC issue. I was looking at a whole new system overhaul, but, Jacob and his knowledge advised that it was a simple fix. Thank you Jacob , you are one in a million and you have my business for years to come.

Fast response and very professional. I was originally told they would be here between 4 to 8 pm but he showed up around 3:30. So thankful to have heat again.

Everyone I worked with was excellent. The installation team of 3 were beyond excellent and it was evident that they took pride in their work. I would recommend 5 Star heating and A/C to all. Thanks for a great experience from all the parties of this company I had the pleasure of dealing with.
