Highly recommend Pickerington Heating and Cooling! Our heat wasn’t working so I gave them a call- and they came out within a few hours / same day. The technician was very courteous & friendly and highly knowledgeable. He discussed options with us and made a solid recommendation on how to best fix. I will use them again in a heartbeat!

Repaired toilet shutoff valve, installed new toilet fill valve replaced two toilet flush valve seals. Adjusted 3 bathroom sink stoppers. In and out in an hour. On time respectful of me and my house. Very professional, knowledgeable and efficient.

What a great experience I had with Pickerington Heating & Cooling from service, sales to the install. My furnace stopped working during one of our coldest weeks. I called Pickerington Heating & Cooling and within 4 hrs the service tech, Jacob was at my door. My furnace was on its last leg. Jacob spent several hours during the initial service to address my concerns and answer all my questions. He was able to temporarily fix the furnace until I made my decision to either keep putting money into the furnace or purchase a new one. Not once did I feel pressured to purchase. Jacob was honest, knowledgeable and professional. He shared his company’s story and could tell he was proud to work with them.

Install day; I had 3 well trained installers: Kody, Cody and Shane. No typo there; 2 Cody’s. Talk about white glove service from the outside to the basement. You can’t even tell they were here except to see the new unit. Before leaving, they completed a thorough overview of the furnace, humidifier, filters and the importance of yearly maintenance.

Shortly after the installers left I received a call from Mary at the office to see how everything went.

The technician arrived on time and was courteous and professional. I’m very happy will the service they provided and would not hesitate to use them again.

Furnace would not heat after simple resets. Called in morning and they were out in hours and troubleshooted cracked igniter board. Absolutely professional and quick in a cold house! Highly recommended!

The repair professional Josh was great. Very thorough and communicated the issues. We did have to wait over a week for the repair to be completed but that wasn’t his fault. If I could give the company feedback when you have a customer who is having a part replaced it seems like that repair could be scheduled first of the day especially when you have an idea how long it might take since you already know what you are doing. I would recommend this company.

Technicians and management team were absolutely wonderful! All provided excellent customer service, displayed a genuine concern and expressed their desire of perfection for their customers, all of which is five (5) star in my book.

Showed up on time and were very professional. Reviewed all work to be completed and again when the work was done. Installers were extremely friendly and very competent.

I can't really comment yet because I called 5vdays ago, but they couldn't get me an appointment until August. That was really disappointing. In the past, they have been great to work with.
