4 yrs ago I installed my furnace through them and I called them for an annual furnace tune up, they responded on time and came up on time and did the maintenance. Explained me the process and the maintenance results. I am satisfied with their overall professional behavior.

As usual, the customer service and communication was outstanding.The service technician Daniel was very nice, informative and told me everything he was doing step-by-step. He also told me that they now do plumbing & electrical. I have now called PH&C for our clubhouse in our community. I will always use Pickerington Heating & Cooling!

We were quite impressed by the initial appt and then the install that followed two days later. We had some serious issues and they took care of us. The install team was so patient and hard working. They were professional and courteous in our home. I was pleasantly surprised by the entire process and would surely recommend them! We had never used them before but noticed they had good reviews online. We feel like this was a big investment for our home and it was money well-spent. Thank you team for your hard work and positive attitudes -even when my kids dirty clothes fell down the laundry chute onto your heads in the basement —haha. You guys rocked it yesterday.

Speedy response to fixing our heating system. Diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts and scheduled our repair by the next day. Highly recommend this company.

We had a water tank installed. The workers arrived within the window given and they were polite and courteous. They did great work, cleaned up when finished and even took the old tank with them. The company’s policy of taking 100% of the money up front is not how we do business as I explained to the office when I called them.

We have used five star in the past and they send us Shane all the time. Who is extremely knowledgeable, he walks you through everything he recommends and is doing and actually takes care of his customers. The customer service is excellent no matter who we spoke to they were courteous and responsive to our questions.

Kevin Vest was our tech and he was willing to walk me through his process so I could learn about my unit. As a new homeowner I really appreciated that. Once he was able to identify the issue as the thermostat, I was resigned to looking at new thermostats to buy. Kevin mentioned he needed to also look at the air conditioner to complete his service and noticed the air conditioner was running. Upon noticing this he was able to determine that my current thermostat (google nest) was incorrectly set up for a heat pump and not a gas furnace like I have. He stayed and walked me through a factory reset and walked me through the right settings and got me heat up and running! If it weren’t for Kevin’s thoroughness I would be out money on a thermostat I didn’t even need. I highly recommend Five Star Heating and Cooling if you are in the Dayton area. These will definitely be my go to guys going forward!

After 17 years our furnace stopped heating the house! Nathan came out the same day to assess the situation. He gave us every option and price point. Options for repair or replacement - I felt like we had enough information to make the right decision for our household and budget.

The furnace installation was 3 days later and the servicemen were fast and professional! My new furnace is working great and I will continue to use and recommend this business!
