Our old furnace was failing quickly so we reached out to Westin for a quote. We proceeded to research and get additional quotes, but at the end of the day Westin won our business with their friendly staff and unbeatable pricing. We are happy with our choice and our new furnace/ac system!

Westin Air just helped our family after a seriously hot and stressful weekend. Covid has disrupted our home and savings account and when the AC stopped working on Friday night I started watching youtube videos on how I, a 44 year old kindergarten teacher could fix it myself and quickly realized no amount of YOU TUBE videos would teach me what to do so the worry set in...'Are the dogs going to overheat?' Oh wait I think I am suppose to say I worried about my teenagers first - 'Are my teens going to overheat and get moody?' 'Will this be thousands of dollars?' 'who in the world do I know that I can trust to not over charge us?' Then I texted my friends and they said Westin Air and listed our other friends who trust them and told me one of our family friends works there! I went to their website, filled out the form, and my husband called and they said they would be out Monday morning! Vicki (our family friend) called and said 'Seth is thirty minutes out.' I put our dogs away and boom, the nicest guys arrived to save the day! Seth helped answer all my annoying questions and was kind and understanding when I couldn't find the right words to explain things that had happened. After thanking them I found out that the other nice young man who was helping and learning was from Columbus City Schools where I used to teach! I was so thankful that I supported a business that believes in mentorships and kindness. I cannot say enough great things about this experience! Thank you Westin Air for being so cool!

From beginning to end they were so thorough. They helped us think out of the box for our new heating and cooling system. We decided on a geo-thermal system. The crew that installed it was so polite and kept the work space so tidy. We love our new system! Our house is warmer than it's ever been.

Seth came out, looked at our furnace, walked me through what was wrong and the cost up front. I also told him how our first floor bedroom was always cold and asked if he had any recommendations. Sales process was clear and well organized. Questions were answered promptly and clearly. The install team arrived on time, were courteous and efficient. When the equipment installation was completed the team leader stayed to demonstrate the new equipment and initialize the Wi-Fi enabled thermostat. We were very pleased with the outcome of the entire project.

Thank for fixing my AC super fast!! I have called Westin Air two years in a row in a pickle during hot weather with a non functioning AC. Both times the tech was friendly and knowledgeable and was able to get my 17 year old AC up and running. Highly recommend them!
