Brian, our technician, arrived on time and was extremely professional. He treated both homes (he serviced two) with great respect. He wore shoe covers and kept his work area very clean. He provided helpful information regarding maintenance. We will use DiBiase again for maintenance and other service needs.

DiBiase HVAC technicians (Paul, Zach, and Luke) were extremely professional, friendly, helpful, and were able to accurately assess our AC needs and do some serious problem-solving to adapt the units and duct work to our eccentric attic! These guys worked hard, cleaned up well after themselves, and made sure everything was in working order. The company was very good to deal with; we had a surprise when our old duct work was revealed to be full of holes, so instead of just an AC installation we also had to have a new main duct and feeder flex lines put in. The company gave us some discounts because of the unexpected work which helped somewhat with the considerable cost. All-in-all a pleasure to work with. Our only complaint is the salesman told us that we would no longer have to enter the attic to replace the filter; unfortunately at the end of the installation we were told that due to the number of returns, we would in fact have to replace the filter in the air handler. We wish we had been informed of this earlier; it might have influenced our decision as to having this unit installed.

Paul, Dave and Andy did a wonderful job installing a new furnace and AC just in time for this cold weekend. They arrived on time and did everything that was outlined to be done. They were friendly and professional. They also helped set up the app that is connected to the new thermostat. I would definitely recommend DiBiase in the future.

I really like having this yearly checkup for my system. Brian does a great job and it gives me peace of mind for the year!

Eric was was personable, knowledgeable and walked us through every step of the process.

We've used Joe for years and at different locations. He's always quick to respond to our calls and sets his appointments up in a timely manner. we never have to wait for him to come. in addition, it's hard to find honest contractors and Joe is as honest as they come. he cares about his customers and treats us like we're family. In fact, one contractor said we needed a new unit while Joe made necessary repairs to extend the life of our unit. We're so happy we found him and will use his services forever!

Dave showed up ahead of schedule for our new heat pump install, worked hard and was very timely in replacing our air handler and heat pump. He showed us what was done as well as how to new unit worked and some of the upgrades were made. Very satisfied with their service.

The specialist, Chris was very nice, very professional and very thorough. He did not rush, he took his time. I am glad I took a friends recommendation to have DiBiase come and evaluate my need. I would also recommend this company to anyone with a HVAC/Heating need. .
