DiBiase has maintained our HVAC systems for over a decade at multiple homes in Downingtown, our personal home & a couple rental homes. We can count on their expertise and professionalism to keep our systems running smoothly along with being readily available when something goes unexpectedly wrong. We only use and trust Dibiase (Joe and his crew) with our HVAC systems.

Our scheduled time frame was from 8-10 am today, I got a text at 8:03 saying Kurt was on his way, and within probably 10 minutes or so he was at my door, knew exactly what the problem was and listened to my concerns. Took him to my basement and showed him the problem, gave me a couple solutions and we figured out which one worked best for me. He also performed a free hard water test after I asked, and helped me with a couple odds and ends questions I had had nagging me about my houses hvac system for a while, and solved those issues too. Also gave me a quote and some good information about my well water system, and some recommendations as well. And he was out by 10 am. Professional and very helpful. Definitely recommend.

The service techs were prompt, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. we read the review and decided on the Company. Also signed up for the sevice contract.

AC system would not cool and DiBiase service technician Luis quickly determined the cause. He provided me with two quotes. One quote to install a new AC coil only and another to install a new AC unit. Luis did not attempt to apply any pressure tactics and provided me with the information I needed to make an informed decision. He provided a temporary fix until my AC unit is replaced. DiBiase Heating and Cooling always provides prompt, professional and talented service. I've used DiBiase for many years in the past and will use them for all my HVAC needs for years to come.

Kurt was very professional and took the time to explain my new thermostat, and even took the time to set the schedule! I would thoroughly recommend DiBiase to anyone...they can be trusted, and that is important to me.

DiBiase Heating & Cooling is the BEST! Their service is great, but one of the best parts about using this company is their security process. Prior to a technician showing up, we are notified who is coming, with their photo attached. They also provide tracking of the technician, so I know where he/she is in relation to my home and how long it will take them to arrive. Great stuff!

I can would highly recommend them too, because their technicians stay working for them. It's always good to see a trusted familiar face. Kurt and his colleagues have been servicing our home for over 4 years now. We get professional, consistant service each and every time. Highly recommend.
