Our technician today was Luis. He is thorough, professional, and explains processes clearly. He has worked with us on calls over the years and we feel very confident in his services.
Tony is an excellent consultant and sales professional. He is warm, friendly, and genuine. He listens to our needs and partners with us to find the best systems for our home and lifestyle. He never makes us feel rushed or pressured. When we move forward with a project, we feel confident and happy with our decisions.

Dan and his partner were on-time and replaced our current damaged mini-split unit in our sunroom. They were extremely friendly and professional and performed the work in the less than the estimated time. I will always go back to Dibiase for any HVAC work needed.

During the heat wave in July 2022 our air compressor blew out and the on-call tech was able to make it out to us, same day! We were relieved that this could be accomplished so quickly and the price was pretty reasonable for the emergency call. I would 1000% use them again if need be and they were a pleasure to work with, thanks again!

August 2022 update: We had another problem with our thermostat and DiBiase was right there to take care of us. Shawn R was our tech and we couldn’t be happier with the service that we received. He quickly identified the problem, offered several options and got us up and running. He made some suggestions to help us out until we can get a permanent fix and even stayed a few extra minutes to make sure everything was running ok. Thank you Shawn and DiBiase!

May 2022: We called DiBiase late on Saturday night after another company failed to get our new system up and running. Luis came out on Sunday and immediately spotted a wiring problem from the installation a few weeks prior, fixed it and refilled the coolant. Within two hours, we had a cool house and an AC system that worked properly. Top notch service, friendly, thorough and reliable! Thank you!!!

If you are in the market for a new HVAC, DiBiase needs to be on your shortlist for vendors. In June our AC system from '97 fully bit the dust and with a new baby in the house it was imperative that things were fixed ASAP which is very difficult this time of year. We received some quotes from others in the Southern Chester County area, and while very nice, every visit felt insanely sales driven. While each Sales person excelled in letting us know what system would be put in, when they could come, and how professional their installer would be, they all failed to just talk with us about the issue and solutions options and why a full system was not only important or the best option. As the only adult home with a baby, receiving a text and email with who would be entering my home for every visit was greatly appreciated. Every single DiBiase employee that entered our home was top notch. Our Salesperson allowed my husband to ask questions as he was not present for the initial estimate meeting as well as allowed us the time to discuss our options without the pressure to decide right in the moment. As someone who spent a major part of her life in Sales that is a huge selling point to me. We were treated as people and not a number to get up to quota for the month. After the install, we were quickly called to schedule our quality assurance visit to make sure the system is truly working the way that it should. Again the amount of professionalism and explanation about the process were greatly appreciated. We honestly cannot say more about how much we loved our experience with DiBiase. DiBiase installed a new HVAC system for us and did a great job. We were very impressed with the professionalism of all. From the representatives on the phone to the installers, everyone was terrific.

We’ve been through 3 HVAC companies since moving into this part of the county in as many years ago. DiBiase found things that their predecessors missed entirely - like a handler with a filter that hadn’t been changed in probably 10 years. Their reliable. Fairly priced. Friendly. Show up as scheduled - in fact they excel at communication in general (and I’ve spent a career in communications so I’m a tough customer on that front). We are truly satisfied with their business operation from start to finish.
