Zach, Luke, Tom, and Ryan were awesome! They were very polite, professional, and personable. They did an impeccable job installing our new heating and ac unit. They were on time and got the job done. DiBiase has far exceeded my expectations with their service, value, and quality, and will admit, I can be a hard sell. I can’t leave Bill Duffy out of this review. He was knowledgeable and great to work with. He made sure to explain all of our options in detail and was very helpful with the whole process. Great job, guys! You all deserve a raise!

Great experience
Our central air conditioning unit broke down and was not fixable. We called two companies with whom we have done prior business and could not get a timely estimate or installation date. We knew that we wanted an American Standard unit, but we also understood how important a quality installation was to the proper function of the unit. After reading reviews of other local HVAC companies, we called DiBiase. We had a prompt response to our request for an estimate and a reasonable wait period for the installation. Our experience with the company was great from start to finish. Bill Duffy, our salesman, returned our phone calls immediately. The install team, Dave & ? arrived on schedule and worked diligently despite the day’s heatwave. They were extremely pleasant and wanted to make sure we were happy. Overall, our experience with DiBiase was great from start to finish!

Scheduling was same day. The person with whom I spoke was pleasant and professional. The service team that came out was friendly, right on time, and got my AC working again. They me a full rundown of the good and the bad with my (admittedly very old HVAC system) and provided recommendations for future service and the bad news that the system should be replaced - which being 20 years old, it should be.

Because of their good service I actually elected to purchase a maintenance plan from them and will use them to install my new HVAC system.

Shawn was our Dibiase technician. Being a hiring manager myself I have to commend Joe Dibiase on his choice to hire Shawn. Shawn was on time as always. He came into our home courteously, respectfully, and professionally. He performed his maintenance check thoroughly and quickly. As personable as Shawn was, he was not one to chat at length, only enough to allow me to understand what he was doing and why. Kudos Joe Dibiase and Shawn for your excellent service and fair pricing. Thank you both and the entire team behind the scenes.

Shawn and Kurt were fantastic to work with. They arrived in time and were very thoughtful to ask about masking. They also wore their shoe coverings to avoid any messes going in and out of the house. They answered any and all questions that we had on the set up of our system, how to make it more efficient, and what we may need to do in the future to keep it running effectively. We are very happy to have found Dibiase to help with the maintenance of our new home. Everything from the first call, to the service and follow-up was fantastic. Thanks again!! DiBiase heating and cooling is a top notch hvac company from there customer service people shout out to Brittney very helpful to their tech Barry who came out to my home to troubleshoot my hvac unit that went out. After 2 hrs he explained to me what parts are needed and answered all my questions and concerns.there prices for yearly maintenance and repair are very reasonable they give you upfront estimates so there is no hidden surprises they are a wonderful company that addresses all my concerns and fast response. I will continue to use DiBiase hvac and will recommend to anyone who need hvac repair and service

Dibiase helped us reinstall a duct in our basement. Mike and his crew Ed and Zach were amazing. The placement of the duct was challenging and tricky. They consulted their professionals back at office, ensured there is no future impact and came up with the solution and completed the job with great quality. Their reporting boss also stepped in to make sure that the identified solution was good and approved it. They kept us informed throughout the work and were very friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend them. Thank you Dibiase and the crew !!

Our new system is absolutely amazing and very efficient , my house cooled off with in minutes ! Very Decent, very patient and courteous. The Entire team was phenomenal very quiet compared to other services I have received here where cursing and criticizing is their main language. Started early, answered all my curious questions and did all repairs required before. Very Happy
