Recent very cold weather caused a hot water leak under an extension to our house. It looked like we might even have to rip up a large part of the flooring to repair it. Called Stahl and they sent The Rick & Jamie team. They quickly and expertly diagnosed what was happening, including a miserable crawl through a crawlspace. Turned out to not be as major as expected, and they were able to repair the burst copper pipe quickly. Overall this was a perfect experience and these guys deserve a raise!

I had an expansion tank added to my hot water heater. Rick Sheets came to my house to do the repair. He was very respectful of my property, and did the job very efficiently and in less time than I thought it would take. I was very happy with his professionalism and knowledge.

My husband and I have used Stahl’s for many years. In fact they usually our at our home twice a year.

On this particular house call we were scheduled for a Monday visit and there was a cancellation and Rick Sheets arrived on Saturday. Rick was very kind and new what our problem was immediately. He had solved our issue and it was repaired in less than two hours.

Rick was extremely knowledgeable!!! I will request his services again. Thumbs up for a job well done.

Rico Payne came out to check out my sewage pipe with a camera to figure out why it kept backing up. I’m used to plumbers just coming in, barely speaking, not explaining much to me and then walking out. Rico was very friendly, informative and efficient! He figured out the problem and explained everything to me. He also left with giving me his card so I can contact him with any other issues or questions I may have in the future. I will definitely be putting the card on my fridge & he will be the first person that comes in mind when I have any plumbing issues!! Stahl is a great company.

Called stahl for water tank replacement, replace disposal in kitchen sink, fix outside water spicket. RICO called and said he would be on site in 30-45 min. Showed up right on time, he looked at issues, confirmed the work that needed done. Called for a new water heater, it was delivered in 1 hour. Before that was delivered he fixed issue outside. The disposal was delivered with the water heater. He installed the water tank and disposal without a hitch.He also fixed an issue with the kitchen sink. He was nice, professional, took time to answer any questions. Said if you need anything just call us. I haven’t used stahl (or any plumber) for about 5 years. Stahl is the best in my opinion and my experiences with them. And again, Rico was great! Thanks to the team. Keep ip the good work!

Rico and Chico were very professional, nice and informative. I was pleased with the work that was performed. They even cleaned up my basement floor afterwards and left it smelling clean and fresh again. I will be utilizing their services and would gladly recommend them! Thanks Selena!

Had Rico and Chico remove a concrete stationary tub and install a new single laundry tub and also a new shut off valve. Very pleased with their politeness and work. Cleaned up the work area well. Thank you guys!

Our furnace wasn't running properly on the weekend. Tyree called and showed up within a half an hour and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. We have always used Stahl for 20 plus years. Not enough stars to give Tyree, highly recommended! Thank you Tyree and Stahl!

We ended up using their services on two separate occasions. On the first occasion, a pipe feeding water to the steam boiler had to be replaced. Eric who did the job was extremely efficient and professional. He replaced the pipe as well as did the regular maintenance that the boiler needed.

On the second occasion, we needed a clogged kitchen sink cleared, it turned out it was the pipe to the sewage that needed to be unclogged and Dan and Jamie did a great job. They showed up right on time and got the job done and in a very reasonable amount of time.
