Service declined. Have been using stahl for last 10 or so years for personal and rental service, service has got bad. They have been out twice in last month for leaking toilet tank, the replaced fluid master intake part but still leaking, I looked at myself and found it was the flapper mechanism. Called them Tuesday and setup a Friday appointment, called them Friday when I didn't hear from them, they said couldn't make it out. If I didn't call I would have been waiting the rest of the afternoon. They wanted to reschedule for Tuesday. Water has been running and costing my tenants for over a month now.

While the temperatures outside reached a wind chill of -25, I realized our gas boiler furnace wasn’t working. I called Stahl for emergency service and a technician returned my call very promptly. Mike U was extremely helpful in talking me through troubleshooting steps to get my furnace running again, all without any charge! I highly recommend using this very professional and accommodating service for your heating needs.

I woke up yesterday morning feeling like I slept in a freezer. I checked my thermostat, and it was reading 67 degrees, house temperature. I had my thermostat set at 78. I called Stahl, being I had the furnace installed by Stahl a couple years back. This morning a young man name Tyree, called and said he would be at my house in 10 minutes. This was at 8:17am. He was at my house at 8:30. He had found the problem before 9:30. He had to leave and get the part in Greentree and drop off a hotwater tank on the Northside and back at my house at 11:00 and finished by 11:15. I must say, TYREE was very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. TYREE is a valuable asset to Stahl. His work ethic makes you want to put Stahl’s phone number on speed dial. I would recommend Stahl to anyone who asks. Fantastic job TYREE!!

This experience was amazing. Rico and Jim were here and 20min later I was back in business after an emergency pipe break. Kind, professional, knowledgeable and reassuring and was all good. I can't thank them and Melissa for getting me out of a potential disaster if I had to go without water. Can't say enough good things. A huge THANK YOU

Tyree Turner at Stahl went over the details of our furnace with a magnifying glass to make sure it was in good order during the Great Freeze of December 2022. He was meticulous, helpful, sympathetic, and very professional. Highest possible praise. Stahl is a good company.

We got our furnace repaired by a gentleman by the name of Mike Urbanek he did an awesome job. He was on time very personable answered all our questions and was a great help. We will be using Stahl for all of our needs.
