We knew we needed a new heat pump unit. Killman was recommended to us by our neighbor so called and Adam came out to evaluate and confirmed that. After meeting Adam I trusted his assessment and he gave me a price for a Trane unit. I researched the cost of this and felt he gave me an honest price. He said they could have it installed and working the next day. They were all very professional and quick to get it up and working the next day. I highly recommend them!

I was thrilled with the service I received from Killman's Heating & Air. They arrived on the appointed time for the estimate, and the team that replaced my heating and air unit also came on time. The staff also answered all the questions that I had. They performed the job in a quick, professional manner. Their prices were also considerably better.

Our HVAC stopped cooling adequately a couple days after closing on our house. Killman scheduled us quickly. Killman Heating and Air installed my Trane 3.5T gas pack on 11/22. This is my first preventive maintenance on the unit since installation. My unit did not come on prior to my preventive maintenance appointment on 6/9/23. Adam found out it was the thermostat base that my security company installed previously was not working. The security company came back out and installed another thermostat and now my unit works fine. Adam was polite, knowledgeable and professional. If you want a honest, polite, knowledgeable and professional company, choose Killman Heating and Air.

In June 2022, Killman Heating & Air installed a completely new HVAC system in our home including ductwork and an additional air return. Last summer, the Killman team was professional and helpful during the process and after the install. In June 2023, we purchased a service agreement and they came out to perform semiannual maintenance on our systems. They are the best!

This company is hands down the best in the business. The Killman’s will always take care of you as their customer. Their entire team is second to none. Will always recommend them for their service and their expertise in this business! Absolute no doubt when it comes to your AC needs, they are the ones to call!!

It has been just over a year and I typically don't write reviews but this one deserves my time. I replaced both HVAC units, replaced all existing duct work, added two returns for better air flow on the upper level, installed additional vents in three existing rooms, and added an additional unit to a detached garage. I was impressed, Killman Heating & Air did everything they promised and in two days beating their time projection! They are true professionals that live within our community and take great pride in their work. I had a small problem with one of the units approximately seven months after installation and when I called for repair their accommodation to my problem was stellar. Their Immediate concern, care, attention and response time was extraordinary. Although it will be quite sometime before I am in need of HVAC work these people need to be recognized and will be recommend by me!

Mr. Killman is the absolute best! I highly recommend him....he's fast, dependable, and honest. We will never use anyone else.
