They installed our new system on Monday after our decision to replace our old unit on Thursday (only a 2 working day turnaround).
They came in the morning and were finished by shortly after mid-day. Our new Trane is very quiet and the heat is nice and warm.

The service man was exceptionally professional. The work was completed satisfactory with an explanation of what was the issue and the resolution.

This is not my first time calling Killman H&A. They have always been responsive and get to me as fast as possible and then quickly diagnose the problem and solve it.

Service team arrived within the scheduled time frame. They knew my system, quickly tracked down the problem, fixed it, explained what they had done, and were on their way all within a half hour. What a great feeling to have the heat working like it is supposed to!

My highest recommendation!!! When our heat went out on Christmas Eve despite the terrible weather they came out ( during our Christmas party) and never even let us know they were working on it till they were done and it was fixed.
They are terrific and at this point treat us like family

We have used Killman since we moved to the area several years ago. We have had some bad luck with one of our AC units (not their fault at all), and we have had to call them for both service and maintenance throughout the years. They have always been honest, fair, courteous, and knowledgeable. We have even had to call them after hours on a Friday and they did their best to help us walk through the problem. The team answering the phones is kind and accommodating, and Adam is always pleasant and professional. We are loyal Killman customers!
