It is so refreshing to deal with a family company that cares. I am so grateful, to find an honest company, that offers quality service at affordable prices. The only negative, is the Dominion rebate. I paid cash for my unit, so getting back the $500 is needed. Dominion lost all of my paperwork, and I have to replace it. That means going back through Killman to get them to do their part. I feel that since my job is done and over, that it is not a priority to deal with me. I called the company & sent 2 text messages. I shouldn't have to jump through hoops to get this rebate. This part of the process has been stressful.

My technician was very professional, honest, and knowledgeable. At the end of my service appointment I became a repeat customer and signing up for maintenance twice a year. A+ service.

This company installed the original unit 5 years ago and provided excellent service. Although we are extremely disappointed the compressor shorted out barely 2 months out of warranty, they were able to get the part, and install it in 2 days, when another company put us at 8-10 calendar days in 100• heat index. Amanda continually called to update us on the status, good or bad, so we weren’t just wondering, which was much appreciated. We haven’t even heard back from the other company since last week that still has our part “on order.”

We recently hired Killman Heating and Air to install a mini-split in our home. We were so pleased with the result that we had them install a second mini-split and then replace both of our very old Trane units. They were courteous and competent and completed all work in a timely, quality manner. I highly recommend them for anyone who needs heating or AC service.

Adam did a great job explaining what the problem was and fixing it right then. He helped understand more about my unit and was happy to answer all my questions. Definitely will be unsung then in the future.

Killmen H&A installed our unit two years ago, they came in like the Cavalry, got the job done. There was one small mishap, but they wasted no time to repair it.
Great service, Great company. There are some other companies that could learn from these guys. Especially after all the work is done and moved on. I pick up the phone and it doesn't take long for them to reply. Thanks for your service. We've had no problems with our AC, "It's hard to stop a Trane". Adam recommended stepping up 1/2 ton. Best thing I've could have done, my electric bill has been a lot better.

Affordable, fast and friendly.
We had a new system, with AC, furnace and new duct work completely installed, up and running in just over three hours. The quality of work they provided was excellent, the speed and efficiency in how they did things was top notch. We couldn't have asked for anything better.

We had our main AC unit go out over Memorial Day weekend of all times, after keeping it limping along for several years. I heard about Killman’sfrom friends at church so I called them for the first time. The owner, Andy Killman, called me back that night and actually came out on Sunday! He was hoping he could get it going for us right away. What a wonderful man - kind, caring - He was actually concerned with our comfort! Unfortunately it was shot, which wasn’t a surprise. He immediately got in touch with his distributors to find a unit and 1 day later it was installed, despite this being their busiest season. I could not have been more impressed with their professionalism and kindness. It is rare to find a service business that you know you can trust implicitly. I will never use another HVAC company other than Killman’s!!

Very knowledgeable, professional, the nicest people you will meet, and most importantly, they are honest with great integrity. Best deal for the money anywhere, check it out. CLEAN professional install. Brought top soil to fill in around the foundation and built sheet metal flashing for wall transition. ALWAYS quickly responsive for my close relatives helping to lead me to select them. Do your research, the Killman team will be your selection too.

We had an issue with the AC motor blowing air and Killmans was quick to come out and diagnose the issue. They are quick, professional and great to work with. I dropped my old HVAC company I was with and now a Killmans customer!
