Killman Heating and Air did a superb job on replacing old duct and installing a new unit system. They were professional, courteous, clean and knowledgeable. They completed the whole job in one day as promised. I highly recommend this company for anyone in need of any heating/air conditioning issues. My HVAC unit was struck by lightning on Thursday evening. Later that night I left a message on Killman’s website that I needed someone to come out to assess the situation. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call back from their office before 8:30 am on Friday. I know they were quite busy due to the extreme heat we were having but Andy Killman came out on Friday afternoon. He determined that my unit, which was an older one, was damaged beyond repair and provided a quote on a new energy efficient Trane. The new unit was installed on Wednesday. Killman’s technicians, who were very polite and professional, showed up on time and finished the install in around 4 hours. I received excellent customer service from each and every person I dealt with in this organization. I am happy with my new Trane system and feel pretty sure it will save on future energy costs. I highly recommend Killman’s for any HVAC needs.

Mr. Killman came quickly and gave us a very fair price to replace the unit. They were able to replace it 2 days later, very quickly and professionally. I would recommend them 100%! They did a great job!

Had a great visit with the gentleman from Killman. He was on time and very professionals. My visit was more of a wellness check since many homes in my neighborhood have had to replace their units. He was very informative and took pictures of my unit. Although it wasn't great news I felt je was honest and have me a good understanding of could happen overtime. I've received great word of mouth on this company so add them to your list.

I was super impressed with the service and professionalism of the staff at Killman Heating and Air. A new HVAC system is a large investment these days. I researched quality companies in my area and obtained quotes from five companies in total. Overall, the product and price were superior with Killman Heating and Air. While those two factors alone would have resulted in me going with Kilman, it was the professionalism and service level of the technicians that did our installation that impressed me most. A job well done and we are very pleased.

My heat pump fan 'died' this week and, just a few moments ago...in the 32 degree freezing rain, Andy Killman replaced the fan & the heat is on again! I called just out of the blue, you see we were wanting to move the a/c until to the end of the house as well as replacing the ductwork. They responded so fast to our request and I saved money using them. Which will help us on other home projects. I was impressed with the care and time the crew took to install two new 14 x 20 returns in my ceiling. They also put down painters drop cloths to protect my carpets. We had 2 units installed to replace our aging units. I found Killman’s price to be the lowest between the 5 quotes I requested from various vendors. They were able to do the job in one day as promised. They also accommodated my request to install wood in my attic to secure the new 14 x 20 returns.

Killman Heating and Air is great! Adam showed up this afternoon and diagnosed my problem with the thermostat. He took the time to install and set up the new one. Very professional and didn’t leave until everything was working properly. This family business is great! Highly recommend.

Killman was able to come out and assess our broken AC the same day that it busted. We needed a brand new AC unit, and they were at our house the next day installing the new one. With the weather being so hot, I was sure it would take a while to get the new one, but Killman was so quick to get our new AC up and running! They were so prompt and extremely professional! We were more than pleased with their work! My father had referred them to us, and they had told us how responsive and exceptional they were. We will definitely use Killman again if we ever need them! This is a top notch well run business!
