Killman does a great job! Adam knows his stuff and answered all my questions completely. The pricing is very fair. My only complaint is that the answering service is not perfect, and did not communicate my message on the first call. Regardless of that, I highly recommend their service and will call them for all future HVAC needs!

Luckily our issue was a quick diagnosis. As soon as I explained what it was doing, Adam immediately whet to the side of the house and had it figured out quickly. He changed the part and started us back up. Probably was of his easier repair calls, but glad it was just something simple. Will always use Killman for our Heating and Air needs. Good people, good work and super nice!

Mr. Killman himself gave me a look over of my HVAC, and explained everything in great DETAIL so the customer could understand the work that needed to be done. I would highly recommend Mr. Killman he is kind and honest and definitely looks out for his customers.

Killman Heating and air gave me a quote over the phone as well as explained the pros of buying a Trane system. The owner took his time to explain things and answered my questions honestly. The best part was that he had it installed the next day! It was closed to 100 degrees and unlike any of the other companies, they cared about the fact we had no working a/c. No other company in town was willingly to work us in to get a unit installed sooner rather than later. His crew arrived 10 mins early, and was ready to work. They were professional and friendly. We are beyond pleased at the excellent customer service and the fact that they understood the sense of urgency of not wanting to be in a home without a/c when it’s 98 degrees out! I would strongly urge anyone to make them your first phone call!

Our family is so grateful to Andy, not only for his great service and professionalism, but also for his years of friendship with my father who recently passed away. He came right away, even though hurricane Ian was right around the corner to help my mother with her heating unit when she called for help. We are very grateful for his kindness.

This company is, by far, the best HVAC company I have worked with ever. I have used Loves, Cassel and many others across Columbia and Lexington and this one was the best. The initial meeting was timely and the installation was seamless and professional. The price was FAR below other companies that marked things up outrageously. We received a Trane product with superior service. I cannot think of enough praises for this company. We would highly recommend them again.
