Midland Air Service Experts

Today we had Midland Air replace our hot water heater with a Reni tank less heater and both Tyler and Mitch did a great job, very professional. They did an awesome job and it looks and works great. They cleaned up everything and hauled off all the pieces and parts from the old unit. We also had Midland Air to install a new heating and air system also. The two technicians Drew and the other guy also did an excellent job. We now have heat on a cold day. They started early this morning and worked most of the day so we could have heat tonight. Thanks to all the Midland's crew for a great job.

Midland Air Service is great!!!! My ac had stopped working on a Thursday. I would have had to wait until after the weekend to have my ac fixed. I couldn't wait that long so I tried Midland Air Service the following day, late Friday night. They were able to set me up with a technician early the next morning. The technician, Lee Taylor, was great. He had found the problem in less than 5 minutes and had fixed it in 10. He was also able to fix another issue that I had with my thermostat. It needed to be replaced. He said it would probably take 45 minutes to install. It had only taken him 20 minutes to complete the work. Lee then, without making it sound complicated, explained how it worked. Lee is on point, easy to get along with, and a hard worker. I was so impressed with his performance that I decided to go with a maintenance plan with Midland Air. Thanks for all of your hard work Lee!!!!! And thanks to Midland Air Service for their great service!!!!

Steve and Jared were so great! Even more on time than me (I was the one running late to the appointment)! They were so helpful and patient with all my questions. I really feel like I’m getting the best work done within my budget.

Donovan, dickie and Little Tyler, they came out this morning to service my A/C and hot water tank. They were awesome. They are so knowledgeable, patient and honest. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Gerald comes to our dental office to complete our maintenance. He is very thorough and is sure to let me know everything he is doing. He went over all the paperwork and recommendations for the office before having me sign! He is a pleasure to have in the office each time he comes!

Midlands Air was great with scheduling my appointment and was also able to make it to where it was convenient and easy. I was offered an affordable package to help maintain and keep my unit working properly. Leon Bowers came out and was very professional and efficient. He explained everything to me in detail and answered all questions. Leon was very knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing help with maintenance through midlands.

Brandon Brooks and Jared were AWESOME!! They advised me of all my options. Found the issue with the unit in less than 10mins. Corrected it and now i will ensure to have the unit maintained for the $15 a month. Thanks fellas!!!

Donovan our maint Tech is welcoming, knowledgeable and efficient in providing service. He’s knowledgeable and answers any questions we have. I appreciate his service.

Lester and Dickie were extremely kind and helpful. I was able to have them come same day I called. Everything was done in a timely manner. The next day Malik and his partner came over and installed my air conditioner and was super nice and respectful! Appreciate the kindness and speed of this company.

Dylan and Donny came today for a service on our HVAC unit. They were super helpful and explained all of our options. They were not pushy on sales and ultimately we chose to go with a service plan that worked for us.
