Lee our technician today was excellent. He was very professional and courteous from the first greeting. This guy does really good work. Highly recommended. Very fast and efficient!

Chant and Terrence came out to perform my yearly maintenance on my HVAC system. They were able to find out the reason for an issue I have been having since last year, and quickly fix it. They also gave me a great explanation of all the options I have for replacement and repair on this unit since it is aging. They were very professional and great to work with. In addition to HVAC repair they also do plumbing! I had an issue with my shower. James Elrod quickly diagnosed the problem and identified which part I needed. He then ordered the part had it ready and installed the next day! Very professional service. I would recommend any who had plumbing issues to contact Midland for quick and dependable service.

I am very pleased with the service I receive from Midland Air Service Experts. Brandon came today (2nd time he has come) for routine maintenance. He is always cordial, thorough, and professional and explains very clearly what he finds or what needs to be done. I would highly recommend Brandon and Midland Air.

Midland Air provided same day service when my HVAC system malfunctioned. Technician Lee Taylor was knowledable, courteous and professional.

Brandon and Jerrod were here today to maintenance my hvac systems. They were both very polite, professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all my questions and concerns, making me feel as if I was their top priority of the day. Truly a reminder of what customer service is meant to be!

Gerald was so polite and efficient! He has such a great personality! He made sure to explain his findings after he performed our maintenance at our office and was very thorough.

Prior to entering into a service agreement with Midland Air, my semi-annual service was being provided by an individual who formerly worked for a local company who then left that company and took some customers with him. Things were ok for a few years - until I needed my system replaced. The guy installed a new unit of inferior quality. However, he obtained a name brand label and attached it to the unit. The installation required some wiring changes to my ecobee thermostat. He made improper changes to the thermostat and ruined it. He also failed to properly reconfigure the ductwork in the attic, a mistake that eventually caused water to flood into one of my bathrooms because a low area in the flexible duct allowed condensation to accumulate and eventually overwhelm the ductwork. Midland Air stepped in, cleaned up the mess, installed a new ecobee thermostat and has been servicing my unit ever since. They are proactive in scheduling service appointments but do not try to push additional products or services. Their prices are fair and every tech who has been in my home is knowledgeable, thorough and efficient. Also,I don't need to worry about delayed emergency service because someone is out of town for the weekend. I couldn't be more pleased with Midland Air.

I did sue the former "service person" in magistrate's court and recovered most of the damages.
