Had James come in and fix my water heater in record time. It was a big worry since we’re in winter and temperatures were very cold to shower with without a heater. James was very transparent and efficient with the fix.

Lee is an extremely friendly and knowledgeable technician with a great personality. He explained everything he was doing and answered all my questions perfectly!

I had the best experience ever from start to finish! From Jenn in the office, the other ladies (sorry, I can't remember your names 😞), who kept me updated on arrival time to the fabulous technicians Brandon, Lester, and Keenan. I called Midland Air to get a second opinion on required repairs from another service company. Ray was on-time, very professional, and very thorough with inspecting both the upstairs and downstairs units. He spent over an hour going over everything. Then he explained his findings to me in a way I could understand. In short, he only agreed with one of the findings from the other company. He explained why he didn't agree with the others, and what kinds of issues I would be having if the repairs they said I needed were necessary. I would definitely recommend Midland Air!

I called Midlands for AC check-up as it was not working and appointment was given for the same day. $99 service fee was waived if I signed up for their rewards program. they had 2 options. Priority one did not require any payment but if we need to call, we will pay $69 to come out which is reasonable. it covers checking of AC system. Parth technician arrived on time and took about 1.5 hours to diagnose and repair the AC. He worked patiently and explained the matter. The cost of repair was $82 which was reasonable. I highly recommend Midlands for their Prompt response, appointment and professionalism and good value.

Had our ac unit freeze up on us last night. We called Midland Air and they came out right away. Zak and Bobby were very efficient, professional and courteous. We will be using them in the future if any other issues arise. I highly recommend them.
