Zack & Wes called & showed up at the appointed time. Was able to find a small leak that another company had overlooked & had wanted to replace the line set. Serviced the unit and indicated all should be good now.

The past week, Midlands Air righted a wrong that was done by their techs in my home. I now have a newfound respect for this company because most blame the customer. The service manager, Brad, reached out to me multiple times. Midlands Air sent Brian Lybrand, who is very knowledgeable, has been in the industry 20+ years, and treats the customer like a person. Thank you.

Midland Air was able to sort out our HVAC within a few hours of calling! Zach & Steve were very helpful & informative; Kelly was great over the phone & the Priority Plus plan is great value. We will not hesitate to use Midland Air Service in the future!

Jared and Brandon are clearly experts in their field. Both showed up on time and diagnosed our problems with our AC, fixed it, and informed us about other key issues with our hvac along with services they offer. Definitely would recommend them for any services they provide.

I have received scheduled maintenance by professional technicians. Today Donny Hammond and Steve Phillips provided service with that same professional care apparently Midland Air supports. Questions were answered and recommendations were given that were needed. I was also informed about other services Midland Air has available that I did not know about. I was able to add to my maintenance plan and schedule another needed service without any pressure.

We had a power surge last night and our AC stopped blowing cold air. We are maintenance + customers so we called this morning and Technician Lee arrived before 1pm. The compacitor was dead and would not start the unit. Lee fixed our cooling issue and informed us that he could get it up and running. He went through the options and we went with the repair. Our AC is up and running and blowing cold. Thank you Lee and Midlands for the fast resolution.
