    Overcharged for 3 months even after cancelling. They don’t send cancellation emails. We have to ask and they generate it manually. They don’t have a record of me asking to cancel in call and they kept charging me.

    I was asked to take yearly membership, charged monthly to avoid a repair of $150+ dollars. I thought I could save money and subscribed for it and maintained it for an year+

    Now, Rebecca(the manager) gave an excellent idea to use their services. We can call them for any one time repairs and if it costs $200 then we can ask for membership and they will do that repair if it covers under that membership. So, pay the $10 per month membership, get it repaired and cancel it the next month. So you can get the repair done cheaper.! Thank you.

    I have been a customer of Midland Air Service Experts for several years, mainly due to their maintenance program. During this time, I have had minimal issues with their service, apart from a bad relay. However, my recent experience has left me extremely disappointed.
    On July 3rd, my AC unit stopped working on what happened to be the hottest day of the year. Despite the inconvenience, I was grateful that Midland Air Service Experts managed to send a technician out late in the day. The technician diagnosed a bad compressor and informed me that I had the option to either replace it or upgrade the entire system. He assured me that I would receive an estimate for the repairs or replacement by the late hours of July 3rd or early morning of July 5th. Additionally, he mentioned that a salesperson would contact me to discuss different upgrade options.
    Unfortunately, it is now July 7th, and I have not received any communication from Midland Air Service Experts regarding the repair or replacement of my AC system. I have not received any emails or phone calls. Moreover, I had a quarterly service visit scheduled for July 7th, but the technician who came to my house was unaware that my system was already down. It appears that the necessary information did not reach him, which is incredibly frustrating.
    Considering the lack of communication and the overall poor experience I have had; I am left with no choice but to cancel my maintenance contract and discontinue doing business with Midland Air Service Experts. I find it hard to believe that this level of incompetence is an isolated incident, and I cannot continue to rely on a company that fails to meet its obligations to its customers.
    I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for Midland Air Service Experts, as there is clearly a need for improvement in their communication and customer service.

    John Murphy was the technician who responded to our call for help. John was on time, polite, caring, professional and was clear on the steps he would be taking in order to provide the best possible customer service. He answered all of our questions we had not only concerning our current situation, but what we have planned for the future. John is not only an asset to this location but to the company as a whole. I'm a realtor and this experience will be passed on to my clients and my colleagues as well.

    Danny Hammond and Terence did a great job today. My AC went out yesterday and they were here today. With the MAS program my bill was not expensive at all. I am a happy cool person now.

    Chant and Lee, did an amazing job. Was very knowledgeable about the system and gave me all the information that I needed about the system and if something is wrong on what to look for and if I can’t do anything to just give them a call and they will be out to look at the system! Thank you so much for your amazing customer service

    Update: June 2023 — Signed up for the new plumbing services and had my tankless water heater flushed. The vinegar was drained onto my grass and killed about a 6 foot long strip.

    Update: May 2023 -- Donovan was great - he identified several issues and resolved them within a timely manner (under 2 hours).

    Jerrod and Brandon serviced our HVAC units today and found no issues. They were kind and helpful with questions we had. They’ve serviced our HVAC units in the past as well when we’ve had problems and the service has remained consistent.

    The company seems to schedule your visits every 7 months as opposed to every 6 (they claim bi-annual) - my assumption is that this is their sales scheme to lock you into an additional year of paid service.

    Additionally, several technicians have left quite a mess in the attic. It would be great for them to clean up their own mess.

    My husband and I have had some issues with the AC not cooling as efficiently as we would like so we reached out to a couple of local(closer) companies who could not get to us for at least two weeks. I called Midlands and the sweet lady on the phone was going to get some by the same day to check on our issue, we just so happen to have been heading out of town for a baseball tournament so she put us on the books for Monday mid morning. I received my call from Jarrod at 9:30ish that they were finished with the first job and asked if they could go ahead and come to house, of course that was no issue at all. Brandon and Jarrod both introduced them selves asked some questions about the issues we are having and went straight to work. I could not be more impressed with their thoroughness, knowledge, and professionalism. I would highly recommend Midland Air to anyone in need of regular maintenance of their equipment or emergency repairs! Keep up the great work guys, and thank you for the nice cold air again!

    This was my first time using Midland air for a yearly tuneup. The technicians Zach and Terence were very professional and thorough. I felt very comfortable with the services they were recommending, and how things were explained. I will definitely be using them in the future.

    Jerrod and Brandon were on time and quick. We had mold in our duct work and they were able to eliminate it quickly and install a UV light. Everything was efficient and affordable!
