Cedrick was professional, competent, unobtrusive, timely, did the work in less time than anticipated, and left our house as clean as it was when he entered. He met all our expectations and is an excellent representative of his company. We recommend his company and would welcome him back as its technician whenever we need service.

I have been a customer of Custom Climate Hearing & Air for several years now. I have always been very satisfied with their service, quality, value, and most of all their professionalism. With my most recent HVAC maintenance and repair,, the HVAC technician, Cedrik did an outstanding job. He kept me informed of what was going on. He explained the necessary repairs and repair cost. He was upfront, very helpful and most if all very respectful! Without taking away from the outstanding service performed by Cedrik, I would not expect anything less from Custom Climate.

Erica was also very helpful and patient answering my numerous questions and concerns how my scheduled appointment would be conducted during the COVID-19 situation.

Honestly, if you're looking for the complete package when it comes to your HVAC system, look no further! I guarantee you won't be disappointed. The give you awesome service at a fair price with no hidden catches! I give them an A+!

Custom Climate is consistently the best heating and cooling company with whom I’ve worked, including installation of my unit to the 6-month maintenance work. All of the technicians have been knowledgeable and professional, including Cedrick who was here today. He fixed the thermostat issue and showed me how to do it myself next time (if needed). He also showed me pictures of what he inspected in the attic with my drain filter, etc. The office staff are very courteous and happy to answer questions. I highly recommend Custom Climate!

Update: The measure of a company is not solely based on mistakes that they make, but how they learn and respond to them. The owners contacted me Monday morning after the issues occurred, apologized for the mistake, and put a plan in place to quickly get my issues resolved, damages repaired, and money refunded. Being without central air in the middle of a heat wave and pandemic was certainly not ideal, but I'm ultimately pleased with Custom Climate's response.

Our less than 1-year-old Trane Unit (purchased and installed by Custom Climate) malfunctioned 4 days ago. I called Custom Climate and a service technician arrived at our home and we were told we needed refrigerant. I payed $350 dollars for the refrigerant and I requested a leak search. The technician performed the leak search (which I had to request be performed the same day) and then told me the the coil was the source of the leak and needed replacement (this was the presumed source of the leak). I spoke to the service manager, Kim, and asked why we were being charged for refrigerant when the unit was still under warranty and the cause of the low refrigerant was a defective coil (which is under warranty). I was told I would not have to pay for any additional refrigerant needed prior to the replacement of the coil but was not given a refund for the refrigerant I had already payed for. This was the first sign of poor customer service.

Two days later, our coil arrived and was replaced by Custom Climate. 7 hours after replacement, our entire unit shut off. There was a significant leak from air handler and the technician was called again to come to our home to fix the problem. We thought the issue was fixed until our unit shut off again today (2 DAYS AFTER coil replacement). There is now a substantial leak from the air handler and the leak has now damaged the second floor ceiling in our home (pictures below). As I wait for the service technician to arrive, again, I have collected 2 buckets of water from the active air handler leak. A third bucket is collecting water as I type this message. This is the worse installation service we have ever received and we now have property damage. We will never do business with this company again after this issue is resolved and we would highly recommend you think twice before purchasing a unit and establishing a service contract with Custom Climate. The level of carelessness and incompetence is unacceptable and embarrassing. We will be filing a formal grievance.

Cedrick was great! He came to solve an AC issue and was able to find the problem. He was very friendly and did a great job at explaining the issues to me and working with me to find a solution. Highly recommend! I will definitely be a repeat customer (if needed).

Our technician, Mr. Cedrick, visited us for an AC maintainable call. He arrived on time, was professional, courteous, and highly knowledgeable. He took his time to introduce himself and explain what he would be doing. He systematically approached our problem in a step wise fashion, and explained what he was looking for in real time. He worked diligently until he found the problem and explained to me not only what the problem was but why it was a problem. The explanation provided makes me feel confident in his assessment. In the end, he was able to implement an effective solution and our problem has been resolved. I would highly recommend Mr Cedrick to my friends and family.

Great company. Changed out both of our units when they went down in the middle of the Summer. Showed up the next day after the call and had it cooled down later that day, came back the following day to finish up and were gone like nothing happened. Customer service is great as well. Get mine serviced 2/year and they are always punctual and courteous. Eric did the service this February, great guy and nice to meet another FL boy living in the Lowcountry. He was efficient, thorough, courteous, and always had a smile on his face. It is nice to not get the standard grumpy, gruff servicemen we all have come to expect from other companies. Thanks Custom Climate, keep up the customer service and you have a customer for life!
