Have worked with them for 5 or 6 years. They worked on my original installed system, then worked with me to plan for a replacement when the old system rusted out. They installed a new Trane system about 4 years ago with just the size and options I wanted and needed for my size house. I have had 3 tech's over this time, including the owner, and all have been great to work with and good at their jobs.

Custom Climate has been our HVAC contractor for many years and I cannot say enough positive things about them. They are professional, courteous, proactive, super neat. They approach both repairs and new installations from a strategic perspective and show up on time and are very efficient. They work miracles when you have an emergency, despite the fact that those inevitably occur only on holidays and weekends when the temperature is below zero or above 100!!!!! Once they even provided a heater from my aging parents while they repaired their HVAC system. Now that is truly superlative customer service, with a little compassion added.
They are also very knowledgable about GeoThermal systems, a highly technical area for which it is difficult to obtain expert advice. We have so much confidence in their knowledge, that we have sought their guidance on HVAC issues for properties outside the state, because we trust them implicitly. We recommend them without reservation.

Until recently, I had used another company, but Custom Climate was recommended by a neighbor/electrician. Their service was thorough, and they exhausted all possibilities for what was causing the problem with my HVAC system instead of stopping at the first sign of what "might" be the problem. There's no better feeling than knowing the issue is resolved when the days are approaching 90 degrees.

Custom Climate Heating & Air is the first (and only) HVAC installer I can recommend. Their professional technicians arrive on time and complete the work on schedule. I have used their maintenance services for over six years. Two years ago when my old HVAC died in the middle of summer whilst the family was on holiday (my poor sister-in-law watching animals reported the news), Custom Climate came out to the house and replaced the entire system with a Trane 19XL with only a phone call. Kim Madden (VP) said not to worry about the paperwork or billing, that could wait until we came home from holiday! It was SO nice to come home to a cool house. Bravo Zulu!
