I am the caretaker of Mr. Rothschild and on behave of the Rothschilds' of Isle of Palms, our Service Tech Cedrick was very professional and courteous. And what impressed us the most was that he was very attentive and cleaned up after himself as he worked. He took his time and did what we asked of him and Custom Climate. Overall the service was A1.

came out to service our HVAC on the condo we just bought, Shawn was great, he educated me on what was going on with the system and talked to my husband on the phone to explain it to him as well. Cedrick is a phenomenal A/C service repairman. He is very conscientious about doing an excellent job. We would highly recommend him!

Cedrick called just prior to arrival, and showed up on time. He was extremely curteous throughout the visit and was helpful in clearly explaining things. Cedrick also thoroughly explained potential causes for the AC failure and then troubleshot each specific issue until he found the reason for the failure.

Cedric was very professional and polite. All the service technicians do a great job. I will be extending my service contract with them.

I booked the annual service plan and today was the first of 2 services. They called and schedule between 10:00am-12:00pm and I asked to be notified when they were on the way. Well I decided to leave my office around 9:30 to be there at 10 with hopes of them being early. Just as I was pulling out Shaun called and said it would be closer to 12 due to his earlier jobs taking a little longer. Man right off the bat I was super pleased that he was professional enough to call and let me know. I went back to work for a couple hours and he called about 11:30 and said he was on the way. I met him there, he was respectful and professional from the time I talked to him on the phone until he left my house. He was in and out super fast. On the way out he said may I recommend something to you? I said sure, what is it? He said you should get CO2 detector for upstairs and 1 for in the attic above the heat furnace. I wouldn't want anything bad to happen to your house or your family. That meant a lot that he took the time to say that and respected a total stranger that much to say he wouldn't want anything bad to happen.

They came out on a Saturday morning to look at our split system that stopped cooling. We had another company come out a week prior to tell us it needed several parts and they had not been able to get back with us to provide an estimate so I called Custom Climate just to see if they might be able to help as we had guests driving in that day to visit.
Within 15 minutes our issue had been diagnosed as low refrigerant and the issue was resolved and we had cool air within an hour of the tech showing up. It was a very positive experience and I will always recommend these folks when the opportunity arises.

Called several companies to check out my HVAC and Custom Climate was the only one to respond. Brent the tech was so professional, thorough and friendly. I never had an hvac so this was a new experience for me but Custom Climate is now my company. Great job highly recommended.
