Cedrick came and installed 2 REME HALO LEDs. He arrived on time and was very professional and friendly. He installed the units quickly and was able to solve a problem with one of the units not indicating correctly. He ordered a new part and set up with the office to schedule to get a new unit in place. He made the job quick and painless while we were able to continue with our business.

The HVAC technician, Cedric, called in advance to let me know his ETA. He was very professional, courteous, and efficient. I have had very positive experiences with this company in the past, for both HVAC maintenance and repairs. Would highly recommend?

Our heating system was pumping out cold air, and Cedric fixed the unit, allowing us to have heat on one of the coldest winter nights. Cedric was friendly and detailed in his explanation of what caused the issue. Great service!

We had been out of town and when we returned, our upstairs unit was not functioning. As it was Sunday, there were limited options. I chose Custom Climate for its good reviews. They were excellent. Cullen was on time and professional and fixed our unit so we were able to sleep that night! We plan to get into a service agreement with them, so we won't have any more surprises!
