Crow Plumbing, Heating and Air definitely deserves a 5 Star rating! My hot water heater started leaking on a Thursday morning. I turned the water supply off at the unit realizing this was an emergency. With no experience with hiring someone to replace it, I put a request in on Home Advisor. I received a call from Karen at Crow Plumbing. She shined when it came to personality and really put me at ease. (Worth mentioning: I also spoke with Kay following the installation and she was just as friendly and shined as bright as Karen! Crow is very fortunate to have such wonderful staff!) I am not exactly a lucky person, but I hit the jackpot when Gus arrived! He immediately made a great impression on me. Not just polite - he was very professional, knowledgeable, understanding, and explained what to expect. We sat down and discussed price, which was much less than the other companies that gave me quotes. Very reasonable and they could replace it the following day! Gus and Justin arrived at the promised time of 10AM on the dot! Immediately got to work. I was amazed how they worked together - like a well-oiled machine. They completed the installation in the time Gus told me it would take. I am a retired widow and over the past 5 years have been taken advantage of by other service companies. This was not the case with Crow! I highly recommend and trust Crow Plumbing and they will be my go-to plumbing company in the future!

Cannot say enough good things about this company. I had a bad leak in my front yard coming from a sewage line and they came on a Saturday morning and figured out the cause and fixed it up that day! They had to dig several feet under ground.

Jacob was so professional and after evaluating several companies, I felt most comfortable and at ease with this company. I was really stressed from other plumbers scaring me, but immediately Jacob made me feel like it was all going to be ok, and it was. Thank you !!

My wife and I recently moved to Georgetown and the older we bought desperately needed some plumbing improvements. We called several different companies and asked three to come over and submit bids. Crow's was clearly the most responsive to our call and most knowledgeable about responding to the needs of our situation.

We are happy we chose them. They assigned Ruben to the jobs (a lot to take out and a lot to install!). Not only did he do a great job but he is also a nice person who actually saved us some money in the long run. Even better, everything now works and works well!

Jacob and Josh were outstanding! They explained what needed to be done, then found an innovative way of getting past an attic installation challenge and when done, they cleaned up and explained to me the operation of the auto shut off sensor device. All in all, very professional and courteous!

Pipe busted outside on 12/24 due to the freeze, forcing us to shut off water to the whole house. Our usual plumber couldn’t come until 12/30. With five pets and two teenage daughters, by 12/27 I was desperate to find another plumber who could come sooner. Crow’s Plumbing answered my call and they came out the same day. The scheduler was so sweet and understanding and our tech, Gus, was very polite and professional. We are very happy with his work and so grateful to have running water back! We will definitely call them again for any future repairs.

This is the second time we've used Crow's Plumbing and continue to be very impressed with their professionalism, quality of work, and ability to fit us into their schedule without our family having to wait for an extended period of time for repairs.

This time around we had an issue with a damaged garbage disposal, kitchen sink drainage and separate updates that needed to be made to our toilets, and the technician (Justin) was able to quickly work through the various repairs without any disruption or delay.

Over the past 1-2 years we've reached out to several plumbing companies in the area for estimates, and have found Crow's to be somewhere in the middle from a pricing standpoint. At the end of the day it was worth paying a bit more for Crow's knowing that they showed up on the scheduled date, did the work correctly the first time around, and their original estimate didn't change once the work was completed.

Gus did a thorough job and fixed our water leak. The builder had driven a nail through the Pex tubing in the wall and after 9 years it started to leak. What a freak thing but after the tubing was replaced everything cleaned up nice. I highly recommend this company.

Great customr service! water suddenly stopped running at my house. I called the office at 8:15am. The lady that answered my call was super nice and helpful. She managed to schedule a service in the same day. Brock was here around 9:15am. Super helpful and professional! He replaced the main shut off valve and pressure regulator valve and fixed the issue. The service is a little bit pricey. Thank you for fast respone and help!

Hunter from their team came out promptly, advised on the best water heater to choose and installed on the same day. Great job. Reach out to him and his team for a great service!!!
