Gus did an amazing job repairing our water heater. He answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns. The job was completed thoroughly and in a timely manner. Would recommend to others.

Our leaking problem was compounded because the manufacturer of the faulty parts should have known exactly what to send us the first time we called them. Josh worked on the problem with the parts they sent yet the the faucets still leaked. I called them again and immediately they seemed to know what to do. Now Josh will be returning to re-do the work in 2-3 weeks. I’m thankful that he was on the job for several reasons but mostly because he did the the best anyone could with the problem that faced him. Thank you, Josh.
When my second set of parts finally arrived, called Crow's Plumbing, and since Josh was not available Ruben came and finished up the job quickly and efficiently. Ruben was very friendly and helpful. He even discovered a small drain leak I hadn't noticed and fixed it. He checked the whole vanity for plumbing problems and left us completely satisfied and grateful. Thank you Ruben.
Jan. 25, 2023 Our toilet was malfunctioning. Paul came and diagnosed the problem. He also discovered an issue with the water feed line to the toilet, one that potentially could have resulted in the line breaking loose and flooding the bathroom. He offered solutions to our problems. we chose the replacement option because the commode was very old and we had been thinking of replacing it anyway. It turned out that this was a convenient time for us and now we have a brand-new fully functioning toilet the meets all our current and future needs.

Brock came by and helped us with a gas leak. The man even turned our pilot light back on. Can't thank him and his company enough. Use them! Prompt, helpful and everything we could have asked for.

Was pleasantly surprised with Crow's Plumbing Heating and Air. From my first contact with the lady setting up the appointment, to Luke the responding service provider, they were very responsive and professional and were able to replace a hot water heater quickly right before the recent freezing weather.

From start to finish, great service! Karen was awesome with scheduling! Both, Karen and Tim called prior to arrival! Tim was very thorough, checked everything, provided an upfront estimate with an explanation for all aspects of the repair! Plus also provided insight on a few other items! We had two issues. The tankless water heater needed the annual maintenance and we had a had leak on our outdoor grill or fireplace. While the flush of the water heater was going on the tech checked on the leak, found it, and fixed it for no charge. The cost on the flush was very reasonable too. Tech was very nice and professional.

Brock called ahead and arrived on time. He was very professional and courteous. After Brock explained my options and answered my questions, he left the final decision up to me without putting pressure as to what level of service I needed. He finished the work quickly, did an excellent job, and gave me several tips on keeping my house's plumbing safe during the up the upcoming winter. I certainly give Brock an A+ both for the high quality of his technical expertise and his outstanding customer service skills.

I had a list of items that needed repair or replaced. Toilets replaced, faucets replaced, drains unclogged and a couple other items. Jacob Pryor and Tim Terpstra were FANTASTIC! Professional, knowledgeable and showed they cared. They were not just there to do a service call and on to the next. They made SURE I was completely happy with everything before they left my house. Because of Jacob and Tim, I have found my new plumbing company! Thank you Crows!

Tim and Jonathan responded last year to a sewer drain line issue after another plumber could not solve it. They found it was the complex property's drain line issue not ours. When it flared up again this year, the new property mgr insisted it was our issue, gave us a citation to have it fixed by Monday... We called Crow again. They came out next morning, on time, ran a camera, cleared our drain lines, our lines showed we were clear and not the problem, they discovered the main cistern clogged, they contacted the property mgr with their findings and worked with the property's plumbing company to show them what was going on... Was amazing, the care and concern these two showed. And they called the next day to make sure that the issue was handled by the complex. And also remembered that my husband was a Veteran and wished him a happy Veterans Day. Awesome service. Also to note these two are very neat and clean in their work. I noticed a big difference versus the complex plumbers... I will call Crow anytime we need a plumber again and will recommend to others. Thank you so much!

The customer service was amazing from the start. I called on Monday and the lady that answered the phone was great. It was very easy to set up the service. We had a miss communication on the phone number and they called me yesterday and rescheduled for today. Paul came out and did the service for us. Great company will continue to use them for personal and rentals
