Faucet busted off completely and Brock from Crow’s was out quickly and fixed the issue. He was very professional and informative about the service! Very thankful that they got to our issue before the cold weather hits!

Water heater gave up the ghost at the worst possible time considering that everyone was busy dealing with the effects of the last freeze.
Regardless, I was able to get scheduled the following day (which in itself is miraculous).
Jacob P. showed up on time as promised, quickly and expertly diagnosed the problem and provided a number of reasonable options.
Great service, clean work and the guys took care to pick up after themselves.

Crow's charged me $3.5K for a repair job and to install new water filtration system. The service rep installed it knowing the system was not going to last longer than a year. One year later the entire system blew up and they wanted to charge me another $3.5K to put in a new one. They never returned my calls after this all happened. Would not trust these guys with your plumbing work!

I engaged with Crow Plumbing several weeks ago. They came out within a few days to provide an offer for a new tankless water heater in the attic. On Monday morning. I called them to give them order, they already confirmed for the next day! Tuesday morning I got a text messages that two technicians are on the way.

Gus and Josh showed up well prepared and got the old water heater disassembled and the new tank less unit installed. They seriously worked hard in the attic during the hottest time of the day. They got everything to work and cleaned up everything as well. Two very helpful and polite fellows.
