Crow's Plumbing Heating and Air

Could not remove house from old hose bib. Replaced with new house bib for $220. Seems a bit expensive for a $15 part and 30 minutes of work. All said the job was done well, but I will do this type of work myself in the future. Talked to the manager who made the dollar issue more palatable.

Hired for a gas leak behind stove.

We were impressed with the friendly attitude of the scheduler when we first called. The technician, Jacob, was prompt and polite. He explained options and listened to our needs. He quoted a fair price and was able to return the same day for installation. He and his helper did a great job and left the area clean.
We would recommend he and the company to others.

Gus D. was the technician who came to our home to fix our problems with our water softener/heater and with water pressure loss. And he was FAN-TAS-TIC. Super friendly, professional, and diligent. He also went above and beyond by jumping in on a call with our home warranty company at my request, and by helping me assess replacement options for our water softener. My toilet started leaking at the floor connection. Yikes!
I called at 4:58pm and was able to get an appointment for the next day.
Jacob had to update me on the issue by phone and did an excellent job explaining the issues and a quick price quote. He also looked around generally for any upcoming issues and replaced an old connector hose.

I had a friend with a major water leak outside. I recommended Mustang Plumbing. She called they gave her the run around never followed up. They gave her the impression that they didn't want to do the job!! She used Crows Plumbing the leak was fixed less then 24 hours and it only cost $850. She thought it would run upwards to $3000. And lastly there customer service was AWESOME!!!!!!

Tim was extremely professional, identified the issue which was luckily the “best case scenario”, as well as explaining and showing me the issue! No trying to oversell me! I continue to be happy with this company as a whole.

I first observed this problem two days before calling for help. There was a leak in a water main line between the water meter and the irrigation system and house water lines. I contacted Crow's Plumbing early on the morning of the repair. It was very important that the repair be identified and repaired ASAP. Everyone that I discussed the problem with at Crow's Plumbing were friendly, responsive, and committed to resolving my problem quickly. They sent Jacob to my home before 11am. After his assessment of the problem, we agreed on the cost and he quickly got to work. To ensure that he had all the parts needed for the repair, he contacted another member of the Crow's team to deliver the parts so Jacob could continue the work uninterrupted. The repair was completed successfully by 1pm. I was very happy with the professionalism of the Crow's team and with Jacob in particular. Thank you for your efforts. I would highly recommend Crow's to anyone needing plumbing services.
